I've had many people request a book cover from me but never fill out the form or get back to me when asked to fill out the form.. I think maybe because you guys can't find the form so here's the things i need from you before starting on your cover!
Request Form:
1- the title
2- genre
3- the author
4- a short summary of the book
5- any specific things you want your cover to have (for example, a quote, if so what quote? or a heart somewhere, etc.) BUT PLEASE DO NOT GO OVER BOARD. DO NOT BE SPECIFIC ON HAIR COLOR, EYES, SHAPE OF NOSE, ANY STUFF LIKE THAT. (BE SPECIFIC ON A TYPE OF PERSON, for example, like if you wanted a specific model, let me know the name and i will have that model on your cover.) IF POSSIBLE.
