The next scene opens up with a Hermione, Harry, Ron and Ryan all sneaking out of their dorms and down to the Gryffindor common. As they crept quietly the sound of loud croaking broke the silence.

“What was that?” Ron questioned.

The sound of croaking was heard again. This time the four of them turned to the table near the fireplace that had the slick green toad that could only belong to one person.

"Isn't that Neville’s toad?" Alice questioned.

“Trevor.” Harry noticed. “Trevor, go! You shouldn't be here!”

One of the chairs turned around and revealed Neville who stood up and confronted them. “Neither should you. You're sneaking out again, aren't you?”

“No.” Ryan lied. “Neville, listen. We were--”

“No, I won't let you! You'll get Gryffindor into trouble again.” Neville put up his fists in a fighting stance. “I'll fight you.”

"Four against one I can't watch this." Cathy groaned.

Hermione stepped forward and took out her wand. “Neville, I'm really sorry about this. Petrificus Totalus.”

Neville turned pale white and his arms and legs snapped shut and he fell down to the floor. Ryan walked over to the chair that Neville was sitting on the grabbed the blanket that was on it. He walked back to the fully petrified boy and placed it over his body.

"Are they just going to leave him there?" Augusta questioned.

“I’ll make this up to you, Nev.” Ryan whispered.

“You're a little scary sometimes, you know that?” Ron told Hermione. “Brilliant, but scary.”

“Let's go.” Harry said.

“Sorry.” Hermione apologized as they walked past Neville.

“It's for your own good, you know.” Ron insisted.

The scene shifted to the four of them under the cloak’s invisibility until they came to a stop.

“You stood on my foot!” Ryan complained.

“Sorry.” Hermione said as they threw the cloak off them. Hermione walked up to the door and pointed at the lock. “Alohomora.”

The four of them opened the door slowly and Harry noted the sound of a harp and of a loid snoring.

“Wait a minute. He's snoring.” Harry informed them as they came into the room. Harry’s attention shifted to a harp in the corner of the room that was playing. “Snape's already been here. He's put a spell on the harp.”

"Clever." Regulus nodded.

“It's got horrible breath.” Ron complained as the Cerberus’ snoring combined with its breathing came to his face.
