"Your capability with magic is truly astounding."

Satori stopped his his fist last second for a straight punch to the air and looked confused at his mentor to where such comment came from unknowingly. "You was the one who gifted me the knowledge in how it's done..."

Piccolo chuckled slightly before tapping onto his head, "While true, perhaps it is to do with your mindset having a vast understanding of different alternatives of the world that allows you know what this power can truly do. It make it unbelievable that you were truly 'just' a human in nature previously."

"I wasn't lying about being one."

"And I am not denying your words as false." The Namekian scoffed before furrowing his eyes towards the boy. "Only curious as to how such a change in my way of training caused a drastic maturity to increase further."

Satori didn't know what to say about such comment as he too couldn't understand it himself nor felt that much of a difference in expression. Perhaps he did change not only his body but also spirit as well. Frankly, it was something he didn't want to further search inside his mind as the memories was basically nonexistent and what he knew from his previous life was similar to one would feel of attempting someone to remember something they had done when they were still a toddler.

"It doesn't matter." The boy returned his focus back at the man and watched him smirk. "From what I know so far, you could say that your knowledge of different variety of magic that come to be something that existed in your memories long ago. Even if you can't remember if, your intelligence would force you to create an idea that you believe to just have popped up when in fact it was simply a fragment of your memory assisting you in the fine details of what you're trying to create. Is that good enough for you?"

Satori sighed before giving a smile at his basics logic. "Yes, that's enough for me. Remembering my past self wouldn't help me much regardless. If it did come to chance that I ever did regain my memories, perhaps the memories I have right now would simply fade away."

"Well ain't that such terrible thing to happen." The Namekian mused, "Then I better attack you harder so that your body still remembers the pain."

Satori raised a brow before shaking his head and stopping the man from approaching with an attack. "Before that, I'd like to know something."

"And what's that?"

"From what you have passed onto me regarded your knowledge and experience, there was something that was also related to the dragon balls." Piccolo hummed, it was by no means a secret of him holding on the information about magical balls and simply gave a brief introduction of it being able to grant a wish when seven balls are collected in one spot, a dragon would arise from its slumber to grant whatever one desires although there was still limitations. Just as one he was guessing Satori's question would be related to.

"You can wish for anything if you had the dragon balls, even to be the strongest across the world to make it simple enough in defeating Goku, why haven't you so?"

"Hmph, I was right with what you was gonna ask. It's nothing uproar or anything, I simply want to reach the results through my own methods and training leading to that stage."

"For what reason when there's an easy way out of it."

"Sometimes it's simply the meaning of one's pride."

The reason surprised the boy and it showed when his eyes widened at the word. "Pride. Is it pride of you achieving it yourself or simply arrogance in ignoring the east way out."

Piccolo smacked the boy on the head to that comment causing him to wince in pain to the sting. "It may be both but, sometimes the easy way out doesn't always provide the best satisfaction. And there's also the fact that even I tried to, I'll be stopped immediately by Kami."
