I got out after hitting Frank a-few months ago, I'd spent most my time in Missouri with some of my Juvey friends.
I finally felt ready to go back to Chicago and see my family.
Once again I was stood in-front of the front door where I grew up, listening to the internal chaos trying to find the courage to go in.
I took a deep breath and opened the door, replaying the first time I came back I walked into the living room however people I didn't know sat on the sofa instead.
"Lip?" Ian said turning around as his eyes widened too see me stood awkwardly infront of him
"Not quite" I smirked
"HOLY SHIT!" Ian shouted, the guy next to him extremely confused as he jumped up and hugged me
"Woah, chill" I smiled hugging him back
"CARL! DEBBIE!" Ian screamed up the stairs
He let go of me causing me to make eye contact with his friend sat on the couch.
"Shit, sorry Trevor this is Tori. Tori this is Trevor" Ian introduced
"Hi" I smiled shaking his hand
"Ive heard alot about you" He smiled shaking my hand back
"What Ian?" Debbie asked coming downstairs holding a small red-head baby
"No way" I smiled seeing my niece
"Tori!" She smiled happily hugging me with one arm
"This is my niece?" I asked looking at the gorgeous baby girl
"Yep, this is Franny" She smiled handing her over to me
"Hi" I cooed at her causing her to smile
"CARL!" Ian shouted again
"What?!" Carl exclaimed irritated, A girl close behind him
"Woah Attitude much?" I asked smirking at him
"Holy shit! Your back!" He laughed hugging me as the girl stood awkwardly on the stairs
"Whose this?" The girl asked looking me up and down judgemental looking
"This is Tori" He smiled
"No fucking way! My Twin in Law! Im Kassidi your soon to be sister in law!" She squealed hugging me tightly
"Wait, your engaged?" I scoffed trying to hide my crazy thoughts
"Mhm! isnt it great?!" Kassidi exclaimed happily
"Yeah its amazing" I nodded
"I cant believe I can finally meet you" She smiles happily
"Yeah, thanks" I smiled awkwardly as she finally let go of me
"Ill go make Pancakes!" She squealed running off to the kitchen
"Okay what the fuck" I whispered
"Were in love" Carl smiled smugly
I looked over at her in the kitchen as she rummaged through our fridge and then back at him.
"Shut up" I remarked pushing past him and going upstairs
"Whats that meant to mean?!" Carl exclaimed following me as I walked up to my bedroom and threw my stuff down
"Its meant to mean your engaged after months and didn't even tell me." I said shaking my head
"It happened fast" He shrugged
"No shit" I remarked pushing past him again and going downstairs to sit by Ian and Trevor on the couch
