The clock was ticking, and the nice Bossa nova music played in the background

My alarm suddenly went off

4:00AM

Ana: "-Yawn- Better get up"

I go downstairs

Ana: "Alexa, play Laufey from Apple Music"

Alexa: "Playing Laufey from Apple Music"

The aura is suddenly really nice

The music in the background is playing "From the Start" by Laufey, one of my favorite artists

"Don't you notice how, I get quiet when there's no one else around..."

I love that song, it's really nice when you just want to calm do-

6:30AM?!

Oh no, hell no, what time was it really when I got up?

*FLASHBACK*

6:15AM

Music in the background "I got a feeling, that tonight's gonna be a good night that tonight's gonna be a goo-"

Ana: "SHUT UP WILL.I.AM"

Layla: "hey"

Layla: "are you awake?"

Layla: "helloooo i decided to come a little earlier if you don't mind"

Layla: "im outside your house"

Layla: "FOUND IT!"

Layla: "you know what, i might stay here forever, im still outside the door"

Ana: "I'M SO SORRY, I'M COMING"

I open the door to see Layla standing outside the door

Layla: "FINALLY. What took you so long?"

Ana: "I set my alarm at... 6:15"

Layla: "WE AGREED ON ME PICKING YOU UP TODAY"

Ana: "We did?"

Layla: "YEAH"

*FLASHBACK*

Layla: "Hey I can even like pick you up tomorrow!"

Ana: "Sure! I'll let my mom tell ya the direction, here's her number"

I hand out a little paper

Layla: "Thanks, see you tomorrow at 4:30"

Ana: "Oh, we did..."

Layla: "Gosh, you're STILL IN YOUR PJS"

Ana: "I KNOW-"

Layla: "Go change, I'll finish up those waffles you're making."

Ana: "Thanks"

I go upstairs, grab my uniform, put on my socks, the least makeup possible, shoes, packed my bag and fixed up my hair in less than 15 minutes, record breaking.

Ana: "Done- WOAH, THOSE WAFFLES LOOK AMAZING"

Layla: "I'm a natural"

We sat and ate the waffles, as well as some orange juice, then we headed and walked to school, as it was less than 20 minutes away.

At the school

7:03AM

Ana: "We made it on time"

Layla: "We could've had so much fun beforehand if you didn't snooze!"

Ana: "I know, I know, it's my fault."

We walked to English class when suddenly

The Girl: Hey, Ana

Did I tell her my name? At what time?
