"Good night Kakashi-sensei" she flashed him a warm smile that made him feel equally warm inside. Kakashi opened the door and left the building.

As soon as he was out, all the warmth he felt evaporated like water and was replaced by cold fury. He thought of the perverted bastard from the restaurant earlier, then of Naruko's tearful eyes.

He flexed his fingers and leaped onto an electrical wire. He would have a busy night tonight

Sasuke sat on the ground, his back pressed against the railing of the bridge, his arms crossed. Beside him was Kakashi reading his favorite orange book. Sasuke rolled his eyes at the occasional giggling coming from his perverted sensei

"GOOD MORNING!" came an excited shout. They all turned to see Naruko running towards them. Sasuke smiled and waved at the pigtailed blonde

Kakashi waved as well but was surprised when the girl jumped on him, wrapping her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck

Kakashi nearly fell back but he managed to steady them. "Good morning Naruko, you're in a good mood" he chuckled. "Well after last night, how can I not wake up in a good mood? You really cheered me up Kakashi-sensei!" Naruko giggled.

Sasuke frowned at the display before him but made no comment.

Naruko slid off Kakashi and went to sit beside Sasuke. The three waited patiently for the final member of their team to arrive

"Good morning! Sorry I'm late Sasuke-kun!" Sakura said sweetly as she skipped over to her precious Sasuke, ignoring Naruko's warm greeting. "You're an hour late Sakura, what were you doing?" He snapped angrily.

"He's concerned for me!" Sakura squealed in her head. "I'm awfully sorry Sasuke-kun it won't happen again, promise!" She swore, batting her lashes. Naruko fought the urge to gag and Kakashi just sighed

Kakashi cleared his throat "Alright, now that we're all here, let's talk about our missions"

Naruko jumped to her feet "We got a new mission? Already? YES!" She cheered. Kakashi chuckled at her excitement but knew it wouldn't last anyway, none of them was going to enjoy the tasks assigned to them.

Their first mission was gardening. A nice old lady offered the four of them lemonades before leading them to the garden where they were meant to water her plants, remove weeds, and plant flower seeds.

Sasuke, Naruko and Sakura got to work. However just a few minutes into it they heard a scream come from Sakura. "What's wrong?" Sasuke and Naruko asked the saking girl

She pointed at the hole she dug on the ground and there they saw several worms wiggling around

"I-I'm not touching that!" She yelled

Naruko sighed "You don't need to touch them with your bare hands. This is why we wore gloves Sakura, and besides these guys can't hurt you, they're perfectly harmless"

"Here" Sasuke handed Sakura the hose he was holding "You can water the plants, I'll plant the seeds"

Sakura's eyes shined "R-really? Thanks Sasuke-kun! You're awesome!" Blushing she took the hose and watered the plants without much complaint. Naruko glared at her "Geez she wasn't this whiny in my past life, what changed?"

Then she looked over at Sasuke.

"Ohhh for the attention of a boy"

"Add the fact she feels threatened by you, her whining is probably just her way to get any attention, period"
