Yokai Watch x Reader

NO.2

As the bell finally rung, the hallways slowly started filling up with kids. Nate slowly yet stealthily makes his way to the boys bathroom. He walks on his tip toes, muttering to himself. "Silently...secretly...stealthily..." he reaches the bathroom, slipping in quickly. Meanwhile, Y/n was chatting with Bear and Eddie.

Nate, after doing his business, slips back out of the bathroom, rubbing his stomach. "Man that was close..." he sighs in releif, not bothering to set the door behind him. Unbeknownst to him, Katie had been walking right behind him. "Oh my gosh!" She makes a grossed out noise as she looks back in the boys bathroom.

Me, Nate, Bear and Eddie were all laughing together. Katie opens the door and immediately walks up to Nate. "Hi Nate!" She smiles. A small tint of blush appears on Nates face. "Hey. What's up Katie?" He asks.

"You made a number two in the boys room just now, didn't you?" She asks outloud, tilting her head. Everyone in the room turned to look at Nate. Tears slowly start pouring down my face. 'I'm trying...so hard not to laugh...' I sucked the tears back in.

I could practically see Nates heart besting out of his chest. While Nate was in his own world, I looked over at Katie. 'Why would she embarrass Nate like that?' Katie didn't strike me as someone who would go so low as to publicly humiliate another person for fun.

Mine, Bears, and Eddies mouth were open in shock when she continued talking. "I was walking down the hallway when Nate came out of the bathroom. Oh my gosh....!" Katie began spilling the tea all over the place, but I wasn't focused on her. Bear and Eddie turned to Nate, grinning.

"Smooth move exlaxs." Bear comments. "It's so embarrassing to get caught dropping a doos in school, but when a girl catches you, and especially Katie-!" Eddie and Bear begin laughing. I look back at Katie only to see her laughing with her friends. "Hey, Katie!" I say. She looks over at me. "Yeah, Y/n?" She tilts her head. "What you did to Nate was not cool. How would you like it if someone did that to you? Everyone poops dude." I glare at her. She opens her mouth to reply, but the bell rings. I leave class, rolling my eyes.

"Let us assume that Katie doesn't normally embarrass her friends like that. In that case, we must conclude that there is a yokai behind it!" Me and Nate both look at Whisper, shocked. "What?!" We both shout. "Your saying a yokai is ruining my life?" Nate asks. "If you point the yokai watch at Katie, well known for sure who's responsible." Me and Nate jump from tree to tree, following and stalking Katie and her friends.

I hold up my wrist, pointing my watch at her. As I look closer, a dark figure starts to form on Katie's chin. 'What in the Chocobar-'

"There it is! Hanging on her face!" Nate exclaims. It was an old lady like yokai, her mouth hanging wide open.  "A yokai named Tattletale!" Whisper says.

TATTLETALE

"Tattletale?"

"She inspirits people, forcing them to reveal their inner most secrets, whether they want to or not!" Whisper exclaims. "Like when she exposed Nate's secret number two in the boys room." I say. "What a cruel yokai she must be then." Nate grits his teeth.

"Indeed. She's the worst! Among tattletales most embarrassing secrets revealed, the most devastating is...the dreaded, defecting in-school variety!" Whisper says. "Ugh, doody....!" Nate whines, gripping his fist together. "Oh indubitably." Whisper nods agreeably. "Huh?" Nate lookes at him. "Oh nothing. Nothing at all." Whisper looks away. "But if you don't want this to get out of hand, we should deal with Tattletale the way we always do. Negotiation or confrontation." He ays in a buff voice. By the time he turns around, Nates already half way stomping towards Tattletale.
