"Care to explain?" Clara asks as I walk back into my house.

"Explain what?" I ask while heading into the kitchen feeling the looks come from Clara.

"Why'd Noah spend the night?" Clara says as she follows me into the kitchen.

"I don't really know to be completely honest." I say with a shrug. "He just needed help."

"And he didn't tell you why?" Clara continues to question while I grab the watermelon.

"I wasn't going to push him to tell." I state. "It obviously wasn't something he didn't want to share."

"You're so much better than me.'' Clara says. "i would of pushed him to tell me."

"Clara, it's like those nights I come over having panic attacks." I say grabbing the knife so I could cut the watermelon. "You comfort and don't push."

"He was having a panic attack?" Clara asks, making me look up at her.

"Something like that." I mutter. "I'm not really sure. Can you hand me my phone?"

Taking my phone from Clara's hand I slightly skin over all my notifications, a message from Trevor really catching me off guard.

"What the?" I mutter opening Trevor's messages.

"What?" Clara says as I roll my eyes.

"Trevor said they're heading back tomorrow, so he can be with his og friends for the rest of summer." I say rolling my eyes.

"Dang for real?" Clara asks, making me shake my head. "Now you're gonna have to share the car."

"Hell no." I state. "It's mine, I paid for most of it."

"Does he even have his license?" Clara asks as I shrug.

"He probably got it revoked in Minnesota." I say with a laugh. "Man can't drive for shit he's gonna total my car."

"Start saving then." Clara says while stealing a piece of watermelon I've cut up.

"Can you finish this for me?" I asked Clara. "I should call Trevor."

"Yah I got you." Clara says as I head upstairs with my phone to the ear.

"Trevor?" I asked into the phone once the call went through.

"Lottie." Trevor says into the phone making me smile at the nickname that he's been using on me since I was little.

"How's it going in Minnesota?" I ask putting his phone on speaker while I start to take out my braid.

"It's going. you know, same old same old."Trevor says. "How about you? How's work?"

"It's good. Minus the fact I'm stuck working with Jay." I mutter hearing Trevor gasp.
