It was already night when the three were standing in front of and old rundown area
Where it had rusty fences, dried, spooky trees and a rundown staircase the leads to the building
"You want us to live here? It looks to much out of character if you ask me" Grim said crossing his arms
"Isn't it delightful?" Crowley asked not listening to Grim's statement
"It looks fine" (Y/N) said calm
"Alright, scoot on inside now." Crowley said as he pushed (Y/N) through the gate
"There you go"
Soon the trio walked up the stairs and through the door. As soon as (Y/N) walked through the door she was beyond shocked seeing the inside of the dorm in very worst shape
"This should keep the elements at bay for now. Now I must return to my work. Do try to find some way to keep yourselves busy.
But don't let me catch you wandering around the campus!" Crowley said as in a flash he was gone leaving (Y/N) and Grim in the messed up dorm.
"Man, this place is so rundown. It'll take forever to clean this place" Grim whined
"But not in my hands" (Y/N) stated smiling
"Huh?"
Grim was confused on what she meant until she pulled out her wand
"Reparo" she chanted as the spell got to work and made the whole dormitory repair itself
Soon the whole dorm was all clean and repaired.

"Wow that was incredible!" Grim stated as he flopped on the refurbished couch
"For me, my spells can make things quicker." (Y/N) claimed as she placed her wand back in her pocket.
Then thunder was heard as it began to rain
(Y/N) looked out the window "Huh, guess we're lucky that Crowley gave us this dorm otherwise we would've been soaked"
She looked back at Grim who looked shaken up a bit
(Y/N) walked over to the couch and sat on the opposite side of the couch with putting her case on her lap
She reached her hand out and scratched Grim on his back to calm him down and it seemed to work.
Then a thought came to mind
"Hey Grim?"
"Hm?"
"I was wondering why you were so determined to get into this school?"
"Hah, isn't it obvious? I was born to do this! I'm magical prodigy who's got the makings to be one of the greatest mages who ever lived!
So I've waited for the black carriage to come for me" he said cheerfully before he frowned and lowered his head
