A little while after Izuku Midoriya was framed and went to another world, we find him in Class 3E or considered as the rejects of Kunugigaoka Junior High School with a mission to stop Shigaraki with his plans of dominating that world. Joined with Er...
He'll also have a combat uniform similar to Class 3E. Which will be his World Hero Mission suit, which is basically a similar design to his hero costume. His facial features look similar to the manga after the war where he has a scar running down his face.

Funny enough, what Class 3E is doing is considered a World Hero Mission. But these are just the normal details regarding his clothes and whatnot, I'll add more in the actual story to not spoil much.
Also for another plot adjustment, Izuku, Katsuki and Moru would be 18 years old in this story. There will be certain points in the story that explain why the three of them are in UA's first years.
So to speak, Izuku and the rest would be watching from the Hall where the meeting began or when we first got to see everyone in the Main Campus. Where gods just come in and basically says you know what, let's watch the future to avoid possible catastrophes and just snaps the entire hall into a spacial void where time outside is stopped.
To be honest with all of you, I really wanted to rewrite that book for so long, but I never had the will of doing so. Especially considering it was my first book and all. But I just started cringing so hard at the crap that I was writing and it just felt like I was just writing random shit and hoped that it will work well together.
So I had the idea to rewrite some aspects of the story and adjust it overall while combining the idea of making it a reaction story. This is to allow it to be a bit more open instead on focusing way too much onto Izuku's PoV and would allow other characters to be there as well.
It was a tough decision, but it was something I had to consider because I was cringing so hard at myself and it felt like I was just writing to vent out my depression. And to me the plot just felt messy and sloppy along with how I wrote the chapters. It felt like I forced way too many things into the story.
So I thought, if I could add the characters reacting to the story, maybe it can further explain the details, also it's to add like more comedic background with the characters reacting to certain scenarios. I've seen a few writes done this before, so I at least wanted to try it.
And similar to the 1st one, Izuku will have a harem in the story which would also show development with the reactors. Which I would find funny enough to see how each of them react, also there will be no sort of jealous blood with anyone in Class E considering they might start seeing weird thoughts about Izuku, they would think he actually needs it. Some of the ones in the Main Campus beg to differ.
His harem is comprised of some of these girls:
