I decided to make Nezu a part of the one who believes him because I don't have to rely on the camera concept again because that's where it usually starts. Also with Nezu knowing the secret of OFA and him being one of the most intelligent beings, it would be impossible for him to doubt Izuku.
Also Endeavor here wouldn't be an ass of a father, more or likely he was just always always hard on Shoto because he wanted to be really strong and surpass him. So meaning no family abuse or issues, Shoto's scar just came from him accidentally thinking a boiling kettle was a genie lamp. Toya or aka Dabi is just a Pro Hero doing undercover work, but was discovered before Izuku's betrayal so he was restrained during the broadcast.
This is to just create a set up of Endeavor once knowing Izuku's father as a Pro Hero in their past, before he was born which was the last time he remembered him. But a before the betrayal, Endeavor passed out with memories flashing before his mind as he remembered about Hisashi. Also because him and Izuku get a long pretty well after Shoto invited him over after the Sports Festival and how he knows All Might's secret due to being rivals with him back then. Shoto's reason for being friends with him after the Sports Festival instead of being about his fire side, Izuku made him realize the reason why Endeavor was so hard on him.
I also added All Might because I want more dadmight moments and because Izuku will receive OFA a bit earlier so when he goes to the other world he'll master 40%-45% of it's power. Also I want All Might to be another significant father figure to Izuku here.
So with the changes to some of the plot cleared up a bit, the reactors will simply be Izuku, Eri, OFA Users, Kuro, Class 3E, Korosensei, Karasuma, Bitch Sensei, and the rest of the campus minus Gakuho Asano and some of the other staff. Though some of the teachers will be there along with some characters.
I'll also be adding like OC's to the students from the Main Campus so it won't just be an interaction with the students that have names on them.
Izuku will have the same set of quirks from OFA including another power which will explained later on, which he gained due to a generation skip from All Might's family where he gained the quirk. So to speak, the quirks he has is Blackwhip, Danger Sense, Float, Smokescreen, Fa Jin, Gearshift, Pyrokinetic Aura. Though I'll be nerfing Gear Shift a bit along with his speed in the early stages because it seems too overpowered already.

Izuku's uniform in the series will also be different since he's a special case, aka Protagonist. Before in the original, it was just the same as Nagisa's, so I'll change it. He'll have the same clothes as his other AU from my bodyguard Deku AU minus the trench coat. He'll be wearing a long-sleeve white dress shirt, closed green vest with black borders, navy pants with red borders, his signature red shoes and a red fingerless glove with a square cuff on his right hand to hide his scars.
After All Might's passing, Izuku decided to remodel his costume a bit to prepare it for him going vigilante, by altering it's look with a more darker and torn up version of his hero costume. Having a torn version of his iron soles, darkening the color of his costume similar to his World's hero Mission Costume, with black color and green borders. He also has personally designed gauntlets, inspired from Melissa's full gauntlets, which will be light green in color, black and green Air-Force gauntlets, and Gran Torino's scarf.
