"Yeah, don't beat yourself up over it. I couldn't do better in my wildest dreams." Sora added, raising an eyebrow at Sugino's dejected demeanor. It wasn't like anyone else had done any better up to this point, why be so beat up about it?
Sugino just sighed deeply, staring at the ground in defeat.

"So not to point out the obvious...but Koro-Sensei isn't dead." Yuki pointed out, leaning back slightly to speak with Sora who, as usual, was listening to music instead of the lecture. Sora did managed to hear her though, and pulled his headphones down around his neck. "I take it that means Sugino's plan didn't work out."
"Excellent observation skills there Yuki." Sora joked, earning a pout from the pink-eyed girl.
"What went wrong?" She asked.
"The ball was too slow." Sora replied, eyeing up Sugino yet again. "Still though, I'm not sure why he's taking it so hard. Basically everyone in class has had the same luck trying to bring Koro-Sensei down at this point."
He then fired a BB right past Koro-Sensei, missing by a matter of inches.
"You missed? I'm sure Chiba or Hayami would be willing to help you." Yuki pointed out.
"Nah, we're playing chicken. If he dodges then I win." Sora explained. "It's actually been pretty-"
He was broken from this train of thought by a tentacle shooting by him.
"Huh?" Nagisa's eyes widened.
"Huh?" Sugaya stiffened, staring at the blank space where his notebook had been.
"Sugaya-kun!"
Sugaya flinched. "Uh..."
Koro-Sensei's eyes were glowing brightly, still standing behind his desk, but then the ominous look faded. "You were very close!" he praised, admiring the sketch. "But my features are a bit finer than that."
He flashed the altered drawing at the class, where he'd made the face slimmer and written 'REALLY observe your subject' at the top in red.
"Finer how!" Maehara yelled indignantly.
The bell rang for lunch.
"And, that's lunch!" their teacher chimed. The class took out their lunches as they watched Koro-Sensei move to the window. "Now then, class, I have some business to take care of today, so if you'll excuse me..."
Isogai raised an eyebrow. "Business?"
"Yes." Koro-Sensei grinned wider. "I have a game to catch in New York. Chow."
He zoomed off in a flash, knocking the class back with the massive dust cloud he made.
Yoshida covered his mouth to stop himself from inhaling the dust. "There he goes."
Terasaka growled. "What's his deal?"
Hinano sighed, rummaging through her school bag. "It'd be nice if he brought back some souvenirs for us once in a while, at least."
Kataoka smiled and walked up to her. "Yeah, but who'd want something to remember their assassination target by?" she reasoned.
Hinano shrugged. "I'm just saying an exotic snack would be nice. It's not like he has to sneak them through customs."
