Today is my moms birthday. She's been gone nine years. It's as if the pain grew. But i wanted to wish her a happy birthday in my way with my words and convey it with my raw feelings. 💜
Happy heavenly birthday mom. You would have been 84 today. Not a day goes by that i don't think of you or miss you. You are one of a kind. You were truly a walking angel among us when you were here. Now you truly are an Angel.
It still hurts me to my core that you are gone. You were everything I truly ever wanted to be as a mom boss wife friend etc. To me, she was and is the top tier of everything. I always wanted to be strong like her. Love like her. Be everything she was. She always told me, be yourself. Don't try to be anyone else but you. You are an original. You are you. I love you.
Now instead of calling or going to see her and say Happy Birthday, I'm writing this. I hope she truly knows what she has done for me and continues to do.
