Chapter Seven

"You were seen in a hotel with someone?! Sino ang bago mo?! That better be not Francis!" Kuya Ashro shouted.

I sipped my milkshake while watching him pace back and forth in front of me, the hotel scenario was already three days ago, ngayon lang yata kumalat.

"Oh my God, who were you with?!" Harriet hysterically asked.

Nagtipon-tipon sila sa unit ko to confront me about that hotel thing, nanliliit ang mata ni Kuya Levin sa akin, Kuya Benedict is also here, tahimik lang na nakamasid sa akin at hinihintay na may sabihin akong mali.

"Were you with Sarmiento that day?" Kuya Levin pointed out.

"Oh my God, what?!" Cherry said.

I did not say anything about their accusations.

"You told me you were at the cinema that day pero sa hotel ka nakita ng kung sinoman" kalmado pa rin si Kuya Levin.

"Ang sabi ko sa'yo gawin mo ang magpapasaya sa'yo, hindi magpapaligaya sa'yo ng ganoon!" on the other hand, Kuya Ashro is shouting at me.

"Naghotel lang ganon na agad ang ginawa?" I couldn't help it anymore.

"Eh ano pa lang gagawin niyo roon? Magrorosaryo? Dalawa lang kayo sa hotel room, babae at lalaki, ano? Magtititigan kayo don? Mahigit isang oras kayo roon bago lumabas yung kotse ng lalaking kasama mo sa parking ng hotel! Sino ang kasama mo?" Kuya Ashro asked.

Nanatili akong tikom ang bibig tungkol kay Leonard.

"She won't tell" Kuya Benedict talked.

Binalingan namin siya, nagsalin ito ng whiskey sa kanyang baso at saka niya hinagis ang phone niya malapit kay Kuya Ashro.

"What's this?" Kuya Ashro asked Kuya Benedict.

"Legal documents ng kotse, plate number, model and owner" Kuya Benedict simply said.

Nasamid ako sa sinabi niya, he already did his research! My friends flocked over Kuya Ashro.

"Oh my God, kay Leonard?! Si Leonard ang kasama mo sa hotel?!" sabay-sabay nilang sambit.

"Dad will not be happy to hear this" Kuya Levin said.

"Well, her goal is not to make dad happy" Kuya Benedict said.

"Sa dami ng lalaki, why does it have to be him?" Kuya Ashro asked dramatically.

I rolled my eyes, ang OA nang pagkakatanong ah.

"Don't worry about me, please, I'm okay, matanda na ako, I know what I'm doing, and promise, hindi ako magpapauto sa lalaking iyon and I won't sell dad, as far as I know may kasunduan kaming dalawa, and I will be strict with it"

"He has his ways, paano kapag naisahan ka niyan after your... you know!" Kuya Ashro said.

"Why don't you let her do what she wants, Ashro? She's not a kid anymore, let her do what she wants" Kuya Benedict said.

Napatitig tuloy ako sa kanya ng sabihin niya iyon, he drank his shot and then stood up, inayos niya ang damit niya.

He then left my unit.
