Not so good news

Hello everyone
Sorry for the late update
I haven't been feeling well this past week so I decided to take a small break well am back
And thanks to yall that checked up on me

Xavier's POV

I held Stacey's hair back as she threw up in the sink
I patted her back gently
When she was done I rinsed her face with warm water

"Are you okay?" I asked
"Yea...guess there was something in the cheese" she said brushing it off
"We are seeing a doctor first thing tommorow"
"What about your appointment with the therapist" she asked with wide eyes

"I'll reschedule"I told her
"If you say so" she said
While she was standing up she held her head and was about to fall but I held her by the waist
This is really concerning what was wrong with her

"What's wrong" I asked again
"Nothing.....just feeling a little dizzy that's all" she said resting her head against my chest
I carried her in a bridal style to my bedroom

"Get some rest okay I'll call a doctor here instead" I said kissing her head while she just nodded her head
She looks so tired
Immediately she closed her eyes and dozed off

I went to my home office then phoned the doctor telling him to come as soon as he could

After a while I heard the door bell ring then I speed walk to open the door eager to know what was wrong with my wife
"Hello Mr. Anderson" she said
"Good day doc" I said then led her to the room where stacey was lying unconscious

Immediately she entered she brought out a big needle and was about to inject it in her arm
"Wait....I'll excuse myself" I said and the doctor nodded
I left the room closing the door slightly

I couldn't bear the sight of my wife in the slightest pain even though I caused the most pain to her
I went to a room to wash my face because all this was making me tired

I went back into my room and the first thing I noticed was the doctor pulling Stacey's dress down
I looked at her in confusion and the smile on her face  made me more confused

She gestured for me to leave the room which I did and she packed her equipment then followed
When we reached the door entrance I finally asked
"Doc what the fuck is wrong with my wife"
"I thought you knew" she said looking at me confused

"If I knew I wouldn't have called you" I said feeling my anger rising
"Oh then Mr. Anderson, your wife is expecting" she said
"Expecting?" I asked confused

"Yes, your wife is 4 weeks pregnant" she said and I staggered back
It felt like my whole world stopped
"Preg...."I said softly not able to finish my sentence
"Congratulations sir" she said walking out of my house

Pregnant she is pregnant
Ever since I became a billionaire I spent my money on kids who are less fortunate and orphans
Because growing up I had a mental Illness and was also an orphan

Now I would have my own kid someone of my own
My thoughts screamed in my head
What was the feeling my heart was pumping so fast the happiness I am feeling was beyond words

I need to get so many maids to get the house chores done
I didn't bother having maids before because I loved my private and alone time with my wife and myself
But now that she is pregnant she isn't going to lift a finger I would make sure of that

I can't wait to tell her
At that thought I remembered that Stacey wasn't ready to become a parent
This bothered me how am I going to tell her she is pregnant
