general advice!

eat healthy!
you can eat all the junk food you want but
make sure to balance it out with healthy stuff.
like maybe you eat some chips, try to eat some fruits later on. your body needs the
nutrients in the fruits and veggies.

carbs:

never not eat carbs. carbs are your body's
immediate source of energy. noodles, bread,
rice and spaghetti are all great energy providers for your body. unless your diabetic or something,
carbs isn't something you wanna avoid
(according to my biology teacher)

also try to avoid processed foods 🍒🍉🍌 !

fats:

fats are a source of essential
fatty acids that your body can't make by itself.
fats help build the cell membrane of the
cells in your body.

for fats you can eat:

- dark chocolate
- nuts
- olive oil (in cooking)
- egg yolk
- avocados
- fatty fish (eg. salmon)
- chia seeds

protein:

protein is great for your body
to help build muscles.
especially when your working out.
try eating a palm-sized piece of meat
everyday in most of your meals.

as you guys probably know fish are
really healthy,
especially fish like salmon, which contain
unsaturated fats, calcium, phosphorus,
minerals, vitamins and more!
they can help reduce heart diseases
and are important in early stages of developing children. apparently, they can also prevent/treat depression!

i would recommend eating:

- salmon
- mackerel
- cod
- trout
- sardines
- crab
- haddock
- tuna
- mussels
- prawns
