UPDATE + IMPORTANT-ISH QUESTION | DON'T FORGET THE SUN

Heyy, its sure been a bit since anyone has heard from me or about this story now hasn't it?- yeah it definitely has and im super sorry about that![feel free to skip this tiny rant lol] anyway thats not what this update and all is about, though i really am sorry i stopped and just sorta disappeared for a few months, life and stuff got super hectic and busy [as it usually is with my family] but besides that ive also been goin through a huge writers block and just sorta a low so yeah im sorry about disappearing, its just even when i wanted to i had zero actual will and motivation to get anything done-

but anwayy heres what this is actually for- a progress update on 'don't forget the sun' and a small question on smt before i finish up part 5 and get it posted

okay so the story is still being written, in-between life and the total lack of ability to write over the past few months i was still able to make a bit of progress, and chapter 5 is going pretty well and i just have a bit more writing [okay more than just a bit but still] and shit ton of editing to do buttt im making this update cause i am sorta stumped on exactly what else to do for this chapter because it is a very slow moving chapter and if i did try to make all my ideas for part five fit in part five it'd be a reallyyyyy frickin long chapter and i usually try to keep each part around 2500-3000 words

so with that i wanted to know if i should just make part five almost like a filler chapter and then have what will most likely be a quicker paced part six, part five is still left with the possibilities for some other/new characters to be introduced to the reader/mc and to the plot but it just doesn't quite feel like it should be a overly long part since i apparently love leaving yall on cliff hangers and also leading yall on then giving yall whiplash in a majority of my writing.

i know this all seems like a pointless update and question but i really do rely on feedback as a sorta guidance on how exactly i break up parts and pace the story [because slow burns can be painfully slow but ones that are paced to fast can also be painful/hj]. so just let me know if yall would want a super long part five [it might get a tad rushed and seem almost quick paced if i write it how i have sorta planned the plot] or if yall would like a slower paced, almost filler part that still does contain some important-ish plot [it'd be around the same length as any other 2500-3000 word chapter]

I HAVE A IMPORTANT UPDATE, ANNOUNEMNT AND QUESTION REGARDDING MY STORY 'WE ARE YOUNG' BEING POSTED SOON SO PLEASE KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR THAT AND PLEASE DO GIVE FEEDBACK ON THAT BECAUSE THAT WILL BE DEBATING HOW THAT STORY IS CONTINUED AFTER NEARLY A YEAR OF NOT BEING UPDATED OR WORKED ON!!!
