Eren gets rumbled

Introduction

[Paradis island, some days before the Marleyan attack on Shiganshina]

It was a warm spring evening. The sun was setting behind the walls in the distance.
Eren stood perched on a tree branch, brooding and silent as usual.

His long hair was loosely tied into a bun, though some stray tufts would end up in front of his eyes ever so often, and yet he didn't care nor bother to blow them out of the way.

He was like in a trance, pondering deeply. A voice snaps him out of his medative state.

"Lord Jeager, we caught some more Alliance troops."

He set his green eyes onto the soldier. He took his time before answering.

"Cage them up in the fort. With the others."

"Yes, Lord Jeager!"

"And... don't call me that... I'm no Lord."

The soldier nodded before walking off.

Eren sighed.

Everyone he interacted with obeyed him and bowed, giving him unnecessary reverence.

A part of him looked for someone to challenge him...

But he had seen the future, he would get his way eventually.

Noone could stop him.

Noone.

After some more pondering, he leaped off the tree branch and started walking towards the district...
...unaware that Y/N awaited him a few metres from the tree.
