"Then why did he say that?" Mina asked, "honestly, I don't know anymore" I said bluntly. That's the question that replayed in my head 100 times today, I still couldn't find a answer to it

"I'll talk to him after school and ask why he did that I guess" I said to my two friends who both nodded with a concerned face

JUNGWON POV

I couldn't get over what I had said in the cafeteria today, was I insane? Maybe some spirit entered my body when I said that

"So your not even dating her, but you said you are because you wanted to push Kate away?" Sunoo asked, "ye-yes" I answered, Sunoo paused for a bit. "This is living proof you like
y/n!" Sunoo said loudly, Niki quickly covered his mouth and told him to shut up and Sunoo just pouted

"Okay enough about Kate, do you like y/n?" Sunoo asked tilting his head toward me

I paused, do I like her? Or is this just a friend feeling.. I mean, I get randomly excited when I around her, and my heart beats like crazy when she does basically anything, but surely these aren't those feelings right?

"Soooo?" Niki spoke and snapped me out of my deep thoughts, they both looked at me waiting for answer but just when I was about to speak the teacher came in, "alright class keep quiet now" and we all just faced back to the teacher and class soon started

I was walking with my friends out of the school, we were all talking and laughing

"And then he said 'what do you think your doing mister'" Niki said and we all broke out laughing, just when Niki was about to say something, I saw y/n walking towards us, I stopped laughing and so did my friends when they saw her

"We need to talk" y/n said

I looked at her then at my friends signaling that I have to go for a while with y/n

We walked out of the school and then y/n stopped and turned to me, "why did you say that?" She said seriously, I don't know why I said that too either, so answering might be hard. "I-I..." I paused, I didn't know what to answer, what if y/n is mad? I totally messed up, "you?" She spoke, I turned my gaze to her, "it's a long story, I'll just tell you on the way to your house" I said quickly, and walked, she followed me from behind

I told her all about Kate and her being my childhood friend to my parents wanting me to marry her when I'm older, and to why I said that

"Damn" was all y/n said, "she's a real dickhead for making her parents force your parents to marry her, I mean, you don't even like her! This is messed up" she spoke, I looked at her, I thought she was mad at me, I guess not

I laughed, she looked cute, I know that was cringe but that's just how I saw her that time,  "why are you laughing?" She asked, "nothing nothing" i said and slowly stopped laughing

"I guess it's okay, I mean we can tease her and make her think we're actually dating" she randomly said while walking, "huh? Fake relationship?... I've never experienced that so sure I was confused, "yea! Let's do it for fun, you know, to annoy her!" She spoke happily, I couldn't say no to her anyways

We reached her house and we were about to say out goodbyes until I remembered something,

THE OPEN HOUSE EVENT

we have been completely slacking off and we both totally forgot about it, "hey y/n! I forgot to tell you!" I shouted and she turned her back, "yea?" She said loudly for me to hear, "the open house event! Remember?" I shouted as a response, her eyes widened and her face went pale

"I TOTALLY FORGOT"
