Young Will, was mortified. At the age of eight years old, this predicament was too much. He leaned and twisted, his huge blue eyes near tears as he tried to comprehend what was happening. What should he do? Did things like this happen to other kids? Should he tells his parents? Will figured if this happened to you, at eight years old, you're parents should know.

Then again, what if they shipped him off to some freak school he had always heard the other kids talk about. With no TV and candy, but would they really do that? How could he not tell them? It was so much to think about, and he felt tears welling in the corner of his eyes.

"It's not fair!" He complained, stamping his tiny foot on the floor. He was sure it didn't happen to other people.

Tears started falling to the floor as he crumpled against the wall, unsure of what to do. He was so done. He would have to keep it secret. William stared with wide eyes at the small white feather that littered the floor.

His feathers.
