Leave you alone

I was looking out the window at my boyfriend Brady, he was sitting in the grass looking at the sky.

He had been sitting out there for a while. Him and Connor got into a fight. Which isn't weird because they're twins and they fight all the time but something was different this time Connor had said something and hurt Brady's feelings really badly I didn't know what Connor said Brady wouldn't tell anyone in fact he wouldn't talk to anyone and he just went and sat in the grass.

Me, his mom, and his sister are trying to figure out what to do, the twins have hurt each other's feelings with their words millions of times but this time it was bad.

"You know what I'm just gonna go talk to him" I said

"Are you sure? He might yell at you" his mom said
Softly
"Yeah y/n you know how he gets after a fight with Connor" Maddie said

"It'll be fine" I said walking out the door

I walked off his front porch onto the grass trying to figure out what to say to him. I sat down beside him.

"Brady... are you okay?" I asked

It took him a second but he looked over at me, but he didn't answer he just looked at me. The orange from the setting sun making his green eyes a darker color and kind of scary looking.

"Do you want me to leave you alone?" I asked

"No I don't, In fact I want everyone but you to leave me alone" he said

"What did Connor say to you?" I said grabbing his hand to hold

He just looked down at the grass

"He said he wished I wasn't his twin" he said

"So? You and Connor say that to each other all the time out of anger" it was true they did but they never really meant it I think it's kinda just a twin thing

"Yeah but he also said he'd rather have anyone else as his twin and that he wished he'd never met me"
(P.s ik this is probably something Connor would never say it's just for the imagine)

"I'm sure he didn't mean it maybe you should go talk to him?" I suggested rubbing my thumb over his knuckles

"No I think I'm gonna wait for him to talk to me, I don't even know what id say to him anyways"

We sat there for a few minutes, Brady has his head in my lap as I played with his hair in silence. And then I heard the sound of Brady's front door closing and I looked over to see Connor walking out 'oh no' I thought. Connor walked up to us

"Brady can I talk to you" Connor asked

Before Brady could answer I answered for him

"Yes you can talk to him"

I said as I moved Brady out of my lap and got up to go inside, I gave Brady a quick kiss on the forehead and then walked away and let Connor sit beside him

"Connor told us what he said" Maddie said as I walked in

"Brady told me too"

"Connors supposed to be out there apologizing I don't get how they can fight like they do" their mom said

A few minutes later Brady and Connor walked inside the house both with smiles on their faces

"So?" Their mom said

"We're good" the boys laughed
