"Finally he can make his next play." said Weiss who already read into his last play. "How is the play actually?" asked Blake. "Quite well writen actually. It is about how ones deeds are also ones responsibiltys and how they influence the future." explained Weiss. "huh sounds interesting." said Blake. "but i would have loved to see it in a theater." said Weiss.
"Nope. There's a store that sells it by the port, so pick some up from there. Also, i'd like carbonara for dinner..." he answered tired keeping his eyes barely open. "Sir, i'm your ghostwriter, not your personal maid." Violet said at Oscar who was already asleep in his chair. "Quite the handfull indeed."Violet said and walked all the way back to the port.
"Oh come on! He has to have something! She is not a maid but a ghostwriter!" said Yang. "Well she has to get the paper some how to get the writer to write and get her pay." said Ren. "But did she have to make him carbonara." said Yang. "Quick question. What is carbonara?" asked Nora. "It is a noodle dish miss valkyrie. And if i would have gotten the funds i would have finaly gotten my emergency cooking course instead of a new coffee machine!" said Glynda which then turned to shouting at Ozpin in the end.
"Because they will eat like kings when they are graduating." said Ozpin drinking another cup of coffee. "We could have diminished the fires in beacon." said Glynda. "Ah just a bit of fire has hurt no one." countered Ozpin "There were seven revolutions in the holidays in Beacons history." said Glynda. "I started the first four ones." said Knight proudly. "You bastard started the great mess hall wars." shouted Ozpin angry but he was simply ignored and everone looked at the screen.
"Here, all the ingredients you need for the dish you asked for." said the store owner. "Thank you." said Violet while also taking a basket full of ingredients.
"Ok she makes the carbonara. Does she know how to do it?" asked Glynda.
"What's the matter?" Is there something on it?" asked the salesmen Violet who was looking at an egg. "no. How exactly do i cook this?" she asked. "Huh? You crack the shell and take just the yolk..." said the storeowner. "Yolk?" she asked. In the next scene could be seen a recipe on the table with all the ingridients on it. She tried to break the eggs gently with her metal hands but never got it until Oscar came and saw what she was doing.
"So no." answered Glynda. "But does he help her with it." asked Weiss. "I actually want to see how she cooked actually." said Yang curious and nervous at the same time. "You mean to see in contrast to Weiss?" said Ruby. "Hey." said Weiss. "Weiss your cookies could be used as Shuriken." said Blake. WInter began to snicker silently.
"What are you doing?" he asked. "Trying my hand at cooking." she answered short and precise. Her disaster of egg cracking could then be seen. When Oscar tried to eat a part of the finished dish he poke his fork into it and dragged the whole cabonara of the plate. So he bit into the ball of noodles and began chewing. "Well. It's pretty good for your first time. Aren't you going to eat?" he said after this bite went down his throat. "I will later." she answered. "I see." he said while looking at the empty chair infront of him.
"An empty chair. There definitly was someone there with him once. The question is if the person is still alive or dead." said Blake concerned. "Who ever that was the person meaned a lot to him. And he has not fully came over it." said Ruby. "I hope he gets better." said Penny concerned. "Yeah this can mess up everyone." said Yang sad.
The night was quiet crickets were chriping and the lake was glistening silver in the full moon. Inside the cottage multiple shelves were opened by the author looking for his precious alcohol. When he finally found a bottle Violet asked him:"What are you doing?" The author went quiet for a while before he turned around and said. "What'd you do with the booze on the shelf?" he asked. "I hid it." she answered. "It will hinder our work, and... it isn't good for you either." she said taking the bottle out of the authors baffeled hand.
