His face was in shock.

"W-What do you mean?"

"I-I hear..someone..whisper to me.. They say bad things, and at night.."

I stopped. I was afraid to say it, thinking it will make it worse.

"Don't worry. You're safe with us."

Just then, Calum walked in.

"Can I speak to Leigh, ALONE."

"Uh, sure.."

Luke walked out and shut the door behind him. I was scared. Being alone with him scared me. It reminded me of my past.

"I'm sorry..." he said.

I just kept staring at my hands.

"I know you're mad, but please forgive me.."

"You called me a baby.."

"*sigh* I know..I feel awful..I'm sorry..I really am-"

"Why did you want to know why I was talking to myself.."

"You seemed very sad and scared. I don't want you to worry about anything-"

"H-HE'S COMING!"

Calum's face went pale. He grabbed my shoulders and got in my face.

"WHO? WHO'S COMING?"

A tear rolled down my cheek.

"Him.."

"WHO IS HIM?!?"

Another fell off my cheek.

"LEIGH!"

Everything went black.

I woke up. All the lights were off. I looked around and say nothing. I got up. I walked to open the door. It's locked. He's here.

"No..NO!"

I heard a laugh.

"They can't protect you now! They don't care about you Leigh!"

I curled up in the corner, rocking back and forth.

"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me HAPPY when skies are gray, you never know dear, how much I love you, please don't take, my sunshine away.."

"Hehe, you really think that will pro-"

"YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE MY ONLY SUNSHINE-"

"STOP YOU ANNOYING BRAT!"

"YOU MAKE ME HAPPY-"

"I SAID STOP!!"

Right away, the lamp flew towards me.

"LUKE!! HELP!!"

"He won't help you! I told you! They don't care about you!"

"Your just jealous that no one loved you!"

"Haha! You stupid girl! You think you know everything! Well news flash! Your as dumb as you think you are!"

"LEAVE ME ALONE! I AM WARNING YOU!! STOP!!"

She's back.

I felt my heart drop. My eyes burned. My hands in a fist. I lost control.

All I heard was a scream, the scream of a familiar voice. I woke up. I saw Luke on the floor terrified.

"Y-Your eyes! They were black! They were f*cking black!"

I looked down.

"WHAT'S GOING ON?!"

I just continued to stare.

"I don't want to talk about it.."

He put his hand on my shoulder.

"You can trust me."

"I-I have this uh, *gulp* thing. It, uh, kind've, possesses me, when uh..I am in trouble.."

"What?!"

He thought I was crazy.

"IT WAS THE MAN!! HE TRIED TO HURT ME!! I WARNED HIM TO STOP!!"

"Shh shh shh shh! It's ok."

He hugged me. I cried. I couldn't deal with this.

"What does it do?"

"It scares away the uh..thing that hurts me..but uh..it..uh...kills.."

"Wait..I ALMOST DIED?!"

He pulled away from the hug.

"ASHTON!!"

He was scared of me...I should've known.

I ran up the stairs and into my room. I am such a freak. And I should have known not to tell him. Why do I do that?

"Because you are weak."

"Stop talking to me!"

"Haha, you think you can just tell me what to do?! Well, if you won't play with me, I will get one of your little friends to. What about that guy Luke? He seems pretty fun."

"Stay away from him!" (Pretend it isnt in italics...it wont let me change it..)

"Too late."

I heard a scream. Then everything went silent. I heard heavy footsteps come up stairs. The door knob turned. Revealing Luke, but not the Luke I knew, this was a new Luke. And he was not happy.
