Kion and Rani's lives are about to get a whole lot bigger!
As a new Queen, and new King, they have a lot to learn about ruling the Tree of life together... and still keep the peace as leaders of their teams, all at one time!

All the animals from the tree of life, and some all the way from the pridelands, were all gathered together for Kions coronation/wedding with Rani. This included Kions parents- King Simba and Queen Nala, along with his sister, Kiara, and her mate, Kovu, and two best friends, Tiifu and Zuri.
Kion walked up to the rock where Rani was already standing, and they greeted eachother with a smile.
Kion: Queen Rani,-
Rani: Kion,- Rani: I'm glad the roar has returned to the tree of life again.
Kion: This time, to stay.
Rani: I'm looking forward to ruling the tree of life with you.
Kion: We'll rule it together!
Kion stepped forward to Makini, lowering his head and allowing her to paint his mark with the blue paint, marking him as the new king of the tree of life.

Makini giggles before turning to face the crowd of animals all gathered.
Makini: Animals of the tree of life!, Makini: Friends from near and far!, Makini: It is my honor to present-
Makini raised her hand towards Kion,

The coronation ended not long after Kion and Rani shared a roar together. Everyone was cheering, and everyone was happy for them both! It was going to be a day to remember.

2 hours after sunset, all the animals were just about cleared out and back to their habitats before it gotten dark.
Simba and Nala walked up to Kion, who was still standing beside Rani on the rock, watching everyone leave.
Simba: Hey son,
Kion: Dad, mom!?
Simba: Your mom and I wanted to tell you how proud we are of you!
Nala: Your fathers right, Kion. Nala: Congratulations!
Kion: Thank you both!
Kion smiled at his parents, and then brought his attention to Rani, who was just smiling at the family moment.
Kion: Mom, dad, Kion: I actually would like to properly introduce you both to Queen Rani!
Rani shoves Kion with her hip, having something to prove.
Rani: I'm your mate now, remember!,
Kion blushed at her correction.
Kion: Your right, Kion: Guess I'm just gonna have to get use to being really happy-
Rani blushed at Kions comeback.
Simba and Nala both looked at eachother and then laughed happily for the pair.
Nala: Well it most certainly is nice to meet you, Queen Rani~
Nala lowered herself in a bow position towards Rani.
Simba: Indeed it is.
Rani: Thank you, your Majesties!
Rani Also lowered herself in a bow towards Simba and Nala. Kion smiled at the moment they all were sharing.
Kion: So mom, dad, Kion: How long do you both plan on staying here at the tree of life?
Simba and Nala both smiled at their sons question.
Simba: Well son,
Nala: We plan on staying the next couple of weeks! if that's ok?
Kion was very surprised at his parents decision.
Kion: But won't the pridelands need it's King and Queen?
Simba: We have it already taken care of, Kion. Simba: While your mother and I are away- we leave Kiara and Kovu as acting King and Queen of the pridelands in our place!
Nala nodded her head in agreement with a smile as she placed her two front paws on the rock that Kion and Rani were standing on.
Rani: Well... Rani: King Simba, Rani: Queen Nala, Rani: I would be honored if you both stayed as our own personal guest!
Nala: Thank you, Rani~
Simba: Thats very generous of you to offer, Rani.
Rani: Of course! You both are Kions family, Rani: And I guess that makes you mine now as well!~
Rani gave a side gaze to Kion, smiling at him. Kion returned Rani's gaze, and smiled back at her.
Kion: Looks like it's settled then,
Kion faced his parents again, showing much confidence in his stance.
