Punishment will be all of the Worst Fears of the specific Person, mixed and merged into 1, amped by 500x, made a Clone, fucked the Clone and made something more Gruesome. Punishment also depends on how big the Command was, who the Person is and how Pure their Heart is

Example: Bitch Might, from the Izuku Yagi stories, the Really Asshole one, who has no Shred of Guilt, experiences something so Traumatic, that up to 100 other Bitch Might's also live through this Experience and even Cry, out of Pure and Raw Fear
