Yokai Watch x Reader

NO.1

"I'm not a genie I'm a butler!" He says, getting in our faces and bowing. "A niazon! A butler slash niazon! But what's important is that I will solve any problems you might have! Yokai or otherwise before you even know it!" He continues to rant, but that sentence got you thinking.

'Could he possibly be able to..?'

Nate sighs. "Come on Y/n." He says, walking away. You were snapped out of your thoughts, following him. "What'd he say?" You ask. "Honestly, just a bunch of bull." You just nod.

Whisper lands infront of you two, the ground rising up into the air a bit. "Now hold on just a minute! You want weird bugs? I can make that happen!" He grits his big teeth. He starts doing a weird little dance. "Come out little glow bug~! time to light it up~!"

As if on que, little glow bugs start flying around you guys. One lands on your nose. You giggle, scaring it off.

"Thats the one...I saw earlier!" Nate says, attempting to catch the little glow bug. As he misses, a million more glow bugs show up, dog piling him.

"No need to thank me." Whisper shrugs. You look at Nate and the glow bugs. "Uh-is he gonna be okay...?"

"Get these thing off me!" He shouts, sticking one of his arms out of the pile of glow bugs.

Nate twitchs, the little glow bugs shocking him. "Your welcome-oh." Whisper says, finally seeing what he's done.

"Sorry little glow bugs, look like we have an Ingrid on our hands!" Whisper says before farting on the glow bugs AND Nate. You cover your nose.

As the little glow bugs fly away, Nate stands up, covering his nose. "Gotta tell ya, this prize stinks..."

"What a day..." Nate says, sighing. I look down, nodding.

"I just wanting to catch one interesting bug to show Katie! Now I've got this weirdo following me..." he groans.

"Weirdo? "Whisper says, offended.

"Listen, my parents won't let me have a pet soo..." I nod. "Actually, I have enough pets already. Sorry!" I say. Whisper looks astonished.

"Pet?! Me? A pet? I am a yokai! An incredibly powerful spirit! So your parents have a rule against yokai?!" He huffs out.

Nate sighs. "I guess not..." Whisper makes the ok sign with his hand. "Then it's settled!" He says, smiling.

"What? No way! Go with Y/n!" Nate points to me. I shake my head and hands. "Hey, don't bring me down with you! I don't want this thing in my home!" I say, looking Nate and whisper up and down. Whisper looks confused.

"Oh, but I thought you two were siblings! You two really do look so alike!" He says. I raise an eyebrow. "Really? Me and Nate? Siblings?" I ask, unamused. "Dude, we look nothing alike!" Nate points at whisper. "I'm almost offended you think that." I fake pouts, putting my hand over my forhead dramatically. "Yeah-hey!" He shouts at me. We start arguing. Whisper sighs. "They even fight like siblings..."

He clears his throat, getting mine and nates attention right as we were about to pull on eachothers hair. "Relax! I'm invisible to anyone but you guys!" He says, prying us off of eachother. "You are?" Me and Nate ask at the same time. He nods. We both sigh, releaved.

NATES HOME

"I'm home! And I brought Y/n too!" Nate says, opening the door to his dark home and shutting it, me and whisper slipping inside. I can hear his mom shouting. "I'm self centered? IM self centered?!" His dad asks angirly. 'Uh oh' I think, sweat dropping from my face.
