Hello, New Reader! How do I know you're new? Because I've only published Miraculous fanfics so far, and this is most definitely not that. Hahah! I'm excited to share this fanfic with another of my favorite fandoms, and I hope you enjoy this story.
It's been a while since I published anything, so my grammar and spelling have gotten a lot better, but please feel free to check out my old Miraculous fics if you're a fan.
I first watched The Promised Neverland with two of my friends thinking it was going to be an adorable story about orphans who were siblings to each other. I was expecting a sweet story about found family or whatever... oof.
Anyway, this fanfic has themes from the show and manga, but it's set in the modern world. The demon world does not exist, and none of them ever lived at Grace Field Farm. However, I have taken the liberty to steal- I mean borrow multiple things and have twisted them evilly to match with my fic.
Everyone has been aged up considerably to match the storyline, so if you don't like your favorite characters older than they are in the show or manga, my fic is not for you. The age-up is about ten or eleven years for almost every character.
Some characters in this fic weren't introduced in the show, so if you haven't read the manga, you may be slightly confused. No worries! I don't think this fic spoils anything except character names, but you should read the manga and watch the anime if you want to understand all of the characters' origins.
I added a few characters that help the story along, but for the most part, all characters are from the anime/manga. Characters belong to Kaiu Shirai, the writer of The Promised Neverland manga, but the storyline is of my own creation. If it is similar to anyone else's, that is mere coincidence.
