The atmosphere outside the hospital room was tensed. Romanos, country's most dangerous and the most ruthless mens were outside hospital room, specially for a stranger. It was very rare site to see.
At the time Romano's three boys were present consoling their adopted little brother while other romanos were in office doing some important business.
Everyone were silently praying for the kind girl who saved their little brother.
Nobody knows why they are worried about the girl inside the room. It was like they knew her. The type of feeling they were feeling was unknown to them, a strange emotions which they had bury a long time ago.
Romanos are mostly known for their success, power, dangerous aura, and ruthlessness to others but for them their families always comes first.
And they realised it when they lost their little precious gems.
But the encounter with this girl, they felt like that they have to protect her from this world.
But like always, decided to ignore this feeling which were absolutely ridiculous.
"She will be alright, Right Leo? " Said Diego Hiccuping.
"I'm sure she will be deo" Said leon consoling him.
Feeling a bit relieved Diego drift off to sleep.
Lucas standing besides them was lost in his thought. Diego caring towards someone other than his family really surprised him. After Diego's parents murder, he only trusted his family but now he is crying for this stranger.
"How's she doctor? " "Will she be alright? " "Is her condition serious? " "How's her condition? "
Brothers started asking questions to the doctor after he came out if OT.
Doctor had a bit smile in his face which confused brothers that why he is smiling.
'What a lovely brothers they are to their sister' thought doctor.
"The surgery went successfully and I'm very pleased to inform you that your sister is out of danger. It could have been worse if you didn't reach the hospital on time."
These words somehow give them relief, like the weight on their heart is finally lifted off.

Don't know why but their heart didn't allow them to correct doctor.
It brought them such a joy and relief. How can a stranger have such a power to make them feel this say.
An emotion which they don't know they desire, an emotion they wanted.
But good always comes with bad.....
This word also brought them the emotion which brought them feeling 'Guilt'. If only they protected her.
" As for her condition, she is stable now and resting "said Doctor.
" Can we met her" Said Diego showing puppy eyes. Which obviously no one can resist.
Doctor smile "yes, you can but try not disturb her. Her condition may be stable for now but she may experience some discomfort."
The older twin Lucas nodded and thank him.
The three Romanos brothers hesitantly yet eagerly moves to the Rosa's room.
The Site inside the room was shocked yet confusing to the three older Romanos. How can someone.....

How..?.. How is that possible.
How can this girl can look familiar. Like I've known her my whole life.
But this is impossible. I don't know her nor I have ever met her but I feels like I do.

Something is happening to me. I have never feel this way.
I shouldn't feel protective over someone whom I just met. Then why I'm feeling like I know her all my life.
No no nonono... I can't let this happen. Our life is dangerous and I can't think like this. Once this girl wakes up she will leave and I cannot get attached to her. She doesn't mean anything to me.
Then why the thought of her leaving hurting me?...
