Epilogue II

Two years later.

Vincent Alonso

"Where's my little munchkins!" My father yells, coming in the door.

Sofia screams and runs up to her grandpa, while Blake crawls up towards him.

My father lifts up Blake and Sofia into his arms.

"I got something for you girls."

Yup. I'm a girl dad. And I wouldn't change it for anything in the world.

Blake was born two years after Sofia was born, so she's two now. She has her moms brown hair and she also has her mom dark brown eyes. She has my nose and lips though. That's a plus.

"What is it! What is it!" Sofia practically screams.

Me and Harper watch there bond together.

"It's a charm bracelet."

"One for you and one for little Blake." My father says.

"Let's go to the backyard and take pictures before the sunset goes down." Harper says.

We all follow her, both the girls in my fathers arms.

"Okay grandpa you go with the girls first." She teases.

She always calls my father grandpa. I find it amusing.

Harper has grown to adore my father, just like my girls. After my father drove her out, their relationship with each other was odd. But they grew and bonded.

"Now you and your family Harper." My father says.

My girls and I huddle up together. Harper beside me. Sofia on my shoulders, and little Blake in Harper's arms.

"Beautiful." My grandpa says.

"Mommy mommy! Can we go play on the playground together." Sofia asks Harper.

"Of course sweetie. Let's go." Harper says.

As my girls walk over to the playground, my father comes up beside me and puts his arm over my shoulder.

"You know son. I'm proud of you. You've come a long way in life." My father smiles as we watch the sunset.

This is my life.

I have three beautiful amazing girls. A family I've always wanted. A relationship with my father I've known to hate when I was younger. The job I've always dreamed of having.

My father is right. I have come a long way. I'm happy and content with my life. All because it started with meeting Harper. At a bar.
