Name: Phoebe

Suggested backstory: Phoebe was born in approximately 5,030 AS (After Scorching) to Yuki and Overcast in Sanctuary. The two met at Jade Mountain and settled in the town and had twins (two dragonets in the same eggs), two males named Sleet and Squall in approximately 5,028 AS. Two years later, they had Phoebe. Due to a mutant gene, Phoebe was born an animus, though no one has realized- not even herself. When she turned nine, she began dating Glow, a friendly dragon in Sanctuary who lived on the other end of town, near the Scavenger Sanctuary, or the SS, as it's called by the locals. Frost and Hare, identical twins except for the fact that Frost was a boy and Hare was a girl, were born the same year. Due to Glow's continued lying and generally being unreliable, they broke up a year before Phoebe's 12th birthday. To cheer her up, Yuki and Overcast decided to send her to Jade Mountain and signed her up for the new winglets in nearby Agate Mountain, Amber, Emerald, Spinel, Peridot, and Topaz. Phoebe will be in the Peridot Winglet with the following dragons:
