Nandini's Pov

It's 9pm And I'm still trying to figure out the problems. I don't know what is going to happen now but No way I'm going to leave Manik, Never

If dad want he can throw me out of his life. I knocked the door of his room and entered inside. He was watching Tv.

"Nandini?"

"Dad I want to talk to you"

"If it's about Manik then don't"

"It's about me" He muted the Tv and asked me to sit.

"What is it?"

I took a deep breathe because I have to control my emotions. I am going to blackmail him emotionally but those emotions are true. I will tell him whatever I have felt

"How much you love me?"

"What type of question is this Nandini?"

"I want to know dad how much you love me?"

"I have no limit to tell you my girl you're my daughter and of course I love you so very much"

"Then why you always hurt me dad?"

"When did I hurt you?" I chuckled.

"You never?" I asked but hr was quite. "Tell me you never?"

"Nandini It was never intentionally"

"Okay It was never intentionally but what about now?" I paused. "Dad Manik is not your son right?"

"Yes he isn't"

"Still you wanted him to stay with you but not me. You could have tell him to go but you asked me to leave you. Last time you chose you family over me and I left without complaining because I felt myself burden on you but later When I read your letters I made myself believe that you're not to blame but again you chose Him over me. You always knew he is not your son still you loved him more then me why dad? If you never wanted me in your life then why you didn't throw me out when mom left? Is it my fault that she left you? She left me too dad I needed to cry on your arms when I find out about the truth I needed you the most but I knew you couldn't because you wasn't stable but now? What is your helplessness that you're leaving me again?" I was on the verge to cry but I will not

"I know I'm your culprit Nandini I was never a good dad and I still am not. I always hurt you intentionally or unintentionally but I love you Nandini you are my daughter I don't hate you and I can never. I see your mom's reflection in you and it hurts whenever I see you it reminds me of her and I want to do something to myself because she's still in my heart I still love her I know it's not your fault and I don't really think any bad about you. I just feel that you don't want me in your life and I don't deserve to be in your Life Nandini like your mother never wanted me" he cried

I hugged him tightly asking him to not cry.

"I'm sorry for never giving you your rights my daughter" he said

"Its fine dad I'm not angry on you I was just hurt and I wanted to share this with you" I said

We talked for a while then I left to my room. Entering inside I saw him sitting on bed using his phone

"Manik" keeping the phone aside he gestures me to come to him.I hugged him.

"You alright?" He asked

"Yeah just talked to dad"

"About?"

"Nothing serious just old conversations"

"Hmm"

"Manik what will happen now?"

"About?"

"About us"

"Everything will be fine Nandini don't worry. Obviously it will take some time but I know everything will be okay just trust me"

I am getting ready for a party dad has thrown. He will tell everyone about our new branches opened in UK and also about him and Nyonika being apart.

Wearing dark purple maxi with a messy bun of hairs. I came down to see Manik waiting for me. I smiled at him

"Oh god How much I want to strip this dress of yours right here right now" I chuckled

"Unfortunately you can't Mr. Manik"

"I know I'm not planning anything Just a compliment"

"It was very nasty compliment don't try again please" he chuckled.

"Let us go we are getting late" He said and I nodded.

We are standing in party drinking while dad is busy with some of his friends.

"Good evening ladies and gentleman!" I turned around so do Manik. 'I'm here as you know we have opened a new branch of our company In UK" everyone applauded so do us. "Thank you so much friends. Today I'm here to tell you something's which are very important for you all to know! Nyonika... My wife as you all know she was she isn't my wife anymore we get apart officially because of some personal reasons" Everyone start gossiping. "Manik and Nandini can you both come on stage please" he said

I looked at Manik, He blinked his eyes and holding my hand bring us to the stage.

"Nandini is my daughter as you all know and Manik is my son but... Manik is not my blood related child. He's Nyonika's son and my step son" I held Manik's arm tightly.

"Dad!" I said

"No Nandini let it be... But I always loved Manik as my own son. Actually I loved him more than Nandini! Manik" he called him while he looked at him. "Forgive me for hurting you My son, No matter whatever our relation is I have always loved you with my heart" he said and I smiled. "You're my son and nothing can change the fact. I love you and Nandini I love you too" he said and I smiled.

He hugged both of us and smiled. Wiping his tears he hold the mike back to his mouth

"And the most important announcement of this evening is the relationship of them... They're not brother and sister as now I have divorced Nyonika there is no relation between them except of love. Yes my daughter Loves Manik and I have no problem with them being in love. Manik I will be grateful if you marry my daughter and become my son in law as well" he said and I was shocked. It was unexpected.

"Dad you're serious right?" I asked and he nodded

"Yes I'm I want you to be happy and I know he will always keep you happy" dad said and I hugged him tightly.

There were gossips all around but I don't give a fuck of what they think.

I hugged Manik almost jumping on him while he kissed me telling the world that we are together.

"I love you My little" he said and I chuckled.

"I love you too my big brother" we both laughed.
