Chapter 16: The Note

"Would you be able to hold in blood coming out of your vagina?" Endeavor shut up real quick after I said that.

"Go on kid. Leave your notepad." Aizawa said giving me a loving pat on the head.

"Thanks, Pops..." I said getting up from the table. "For everything." He gave me a very strange look as I headed out the door, but it wasn't a long look since Hawks pulled his attention away. I looked at my friends some of who had become my family but I wasn't sure if I'd ever see anyone of them again. "Alright father... you've got my attention. Here I come."

3rd POV

"Aizawa can I see Suhan's notes?" Shoto asked reaching around Izuku and Bakugo.

"What? Oh sure... but why?" he asked handing him the notepad.

"She's been gone for a while."

"It's a girl thing Shoto. It takes a while." Hawks chuckles.

"I know... I just want to check something." Shoto's eyes widened as he looked at Suhan's notes.

Somewhere down beneath the burning of the fire

Down underneath all of the embers and the red flame

"She figured it out!" Shoto and Izuku wasted no time getting up. Bakugo sat there confused until Izuku's black whip shot out from the door and wrapped itself around his waist pulling him behind them.

"LET ME GO SHITTY DEKU I CAN FLY ON MY OWN!"

"Oh sorry Kacchan! I just needed you to follow without asking!" He says releasing him from Black whips grasp.

"Where are we going?"

"To Suhan's sister's grave!"

"What? Why?!"

"Because that's where she is! She wrote it down. The riddle was about her!" Bakugo's eyes widened in shock.

"How do you know?"

"Because I was right! The person it was about was all in the letters. Each verse had a pattern. The first spelt Suhan, the second spelt Tanig, and the last one spelt Uchi. It's why it was only four lines. In the first verse, it describes how Ellie died. Under the flames. Suhan used a wall of fire to protect her and her sister from fire, but she died anyway. Her family has always hated her because of that. That's Suhan's darkest secret. She blames herself for the fire so she thinks she killed her sister."

"So then what's the second verse about?" Bakugo screams over the wind. They were flying through the air as fast as possible.

"It gives her the location. It tells her to meet at where her little sister is buried."

"So the body of the minor wasn't murdered by the LOV?"

"No."

"So then what does the final verse mean?"

"What it says... Even though Suhan has apologized thousands of times to her family, the truth is she murdered her sister and she hasn't faced the consequences."

"But she has! And it wasn't even her fault!" Katsuki yelled.

"That doesn't matter Bakugo! The point is he's going to kill her!" said Shoto.

"WHO?!"

"Her father! He's working with the LOV."

"SINCE WHEN?"

"Who knows! But we have to get there right away!" Deku says propelling himself forward.

Suhan: That was some very sound logic there Izuku.

Izuku: Thank you. I never would have figured it out though if Shoto hadn't shown me your notepad.

Shoto: Well she also wrote everything out for us. All we really needed to do was follow the clues you left.

Bakugo: I didn't get to see the notepad, but I would have figured it out too.

Kirishima: Well I wasn't even there! But could you imagine the look on the pro heroes' faces when you all just took off like that?

Izuku: They were not happy. We got a very stern talking to for taking off like that.

Suhan: I think Pops was just mad that he didn't check my notepad first. He felt guilty for not knowing I had taken off.

Izuku: Well if anything he was definitely the one who saw something was off before you left.

Suhan: Didn't matter to him. At the end of the day, he wasn't the one who figured it all out. You guys were and I think he still is upset with himself about that.

Bakugo: Well the old man shouldn't beat himself up so much... you ended up being fine. We all did.

Suhan: Did I though? Anyway the first story is almost over... only four more chapters to go! Hold tight because the next couple of chapters are the climax of this story.
