How it all started

Once upon a time, a kraken named Ruby Gillman went to Oceanside High, a school that has prom on a boat. She was helping Connor with algebra.

"1,000,000 x 1,000,000?" Connor said, happily.

"A trillion," said Ruby.

"That's right," said Connor.

Until someone opened the door and said,

"THE NEW GIRL HAS ARRIVED!!!!!!"

"The new girl?" Ruby said.

"I hear her parents went to Oceanside High," someone said.

Ruby and Connor go out and see the new girl saving Sheen and his Ultra-Lord action figure.

"Are you okay?" Said the new girl.

"You saved Ultra-Lord, and me! Thank you so much!" Said Sheen.

"Not a problem," the new girl said.

"I'm Chelsea. Chelsea Van Der Zee. It's Dutch."

Ruby blushes as she saw Chelsea standing there. So she rushes to her and says, "Hi, name's Ruby."

Wow, she is so GORGEOUS, Chelsea thought.

"Do you want my phone number? 😆"

"YES!" Said Ruby. "Here's my phone number! I'll text you later tonight!"

"Uh, Ruby? Get your head out of the clouds, girl!" Said Ruby's friend, Margot. "What about asking Connor to go to prom?"

"Change of plans. I'mma ask Chelsea to prom, 🤤" Ruby said, blushing at Chelsea.

"Hey, Carl! Let's go to Oceanland!" Sheen said.

"I heard that they got the new 'bat outta heck' ride, and you get to meet Ultra-Lord!" Said Jimmy.

She hands Chelsea her phone number as Chelsea hands Ruby hers.

"See you later!" Chelsea said.

"How are you gonna do it?" Said Margot.

"At Oceanland," Ruby said.

"Oceanland, at night? Your mom would definitely say no!"

"Just sneak out. Get Neutron to shrink you with his shrink ray," said Nick Dean.

"Deception! I'm on board," said Bliss.

"Well, like Ultra-Lord said, 'Sometimes, it's okay to lie.'" Trevin said.
