8. Ending

It had been almost 2 and a half years since I met Lee Felix, 1 year and more since he and I got together.

Felix grew taller, almost the same height as me. I grew more handsome, according to Felix. I still kept Felix hidden, even though he wanted to publicize himself. Too dangerous, I thought. Toxicity in Xylazia was incredibly strong. Everytime I rejected any of his requests (for his safety) he would pout so cutely.

"Fine Hyungiee, can I at least meet Han and Lee Know hyung?"

"Hmm, you can."

"Yay!"

What a baby he was. My Angel.

I bit the last piece of my apple. There I was again, sitting on the ceiling of my mansion. I was gloomy that day. Felix had fever, not too high. I was busy all day, doing stuff a king did. I couldn't even know Felix's condition. My stupid men didn't send any signals to me. Cold breeze started flowing. I ruffled my hair.

Felix was sleeping in my room (Yes, we had started to sleep together), or so I thought.

"Hyungie~"

I heard a voice from the door. Gosh, why did he come in this condition?

"Why are you here, Lix? "

"I can't sleep."

I turned around to look at him properly.

"Are you okay? How are you feeling? You should rest-"

"I'm fine, hyung. Don't worry too much."

Felix giggled. I loved him.

"Come here you lil chicky."

He sat on my lap without hesitation. Felix used to stutter a lot while talking before. I was surprised to see how close he had gotten with me. I wrap my arms around him.

"I actually wanted to see you hyung."

"Oh, I'm sorry Lixie. I just needed some air. I was a bit upset."

"Hyung, don't worry, okie?"

He gave me a peck on my lips.

"Okie."

I imitated him. He giggled again. I kissed his cheek.

Silence.

"Hyung... I'm really glad I met you."

He snuggled into my neck.

"Thank you for taking care of me, thank you for everything you did for me. I could never imagine being this happy. Thank you for loving me, hyung. I love you."

He looked into my eyes. His eyes are sparkly, he had a soft smile.

"I love you too, Lee Felix. You are my everything, lix."

I booped his nose, he giggled again.

We stared into each other's eyes for a long time.

"Do you know Felix, dating isn't allowed for Maniacs?"

"Really?!? Then why did we-"

"Did you forget Hwang Hyunjin does what he likes?"

Felix chuckled.

"My apologies, Mr. Hwang."

He chuckled again.

"But I wish to do something the Maniacs actually do."

Felix looked at me with curiosity.

"What do you wish to do, King Hyunjin?"

"Can you take a guess?"

Felix pretended to guess.

"Not really, what is it?"

I connected my nose with Felix's.

"....I want to marry."

I said it as softly as I possibly could, with my eyes closed. I could hear Felix's heart fastly beating.

"R-Really?"

I opened my eyes and softly smiled at my lover.

"Of course, Angel."

Felix's mouth was wide open. I chuckled.

"Lee Felix, will you marry me?"

He looked at me, his eyes and mouth widely big. He smiled.

"YES YES YES!"

He replied with joy. He almost started crying. I was genuinely smiling with the most joy in my life. I hugged Felix with warmth. I had been planning to propose him, but not like that. I did it out of a sudden.

"Love you Lixie."

"Love you Hyunjin Hyung."

We leaned in for a kiss.

The door burst open, revealing Lee Know Hyung and his annoying lover, Han. What timing.

"Shit, sorry. Did we interrupt?"

They both said with guilty faces.

I started yelling at them out of frustration. Felix giggled and stopped me.

"NAHH YOU GUYS ARE ENGAGED? DAMNN SO HAPPY FOR YOU GUYSS."

Lee Know Hyung and Han both hugged Felix and me.

"Really sorry for interrupting, guys. Han couldn't sleep, so we came here."

"Of course Han couldn't sleep."

I mocked Han.

"Yeah, sorry bro."

"Hey, no arguing anymore. It's okay guys. Let's all spend this moment together, okie?"

"Fine."

I said, with a bit annoyance. Everyone laughed.

The night passed with joy and laughter. I eventually did get to kiss Felix properly, in our bedroom. He giggled a lot that night.
