Today is a very boring day. Adults are going to work, children are going to school, and Y/N is stuck at home with nothing to do. As a college dropout, he would be working part time someplace at this hour, but he always had a hard time getting a job. He could also be with his friends, but they were busy with their own stuff, he checked it himself.

Y/N: "No point just mopping around all day. I wonder if something interesting is going on?"

He looked at his phone and went to check the news just to kill some time. Every article was depressing in some way. Famine, death, war among other things, though one did catch his eye.

Y/N: "A new club is gonna open in a few days in the city? I can already picture them begging me to go there."

He put his phone in his pocket before heading downstairs. Being 17 years old, he still lived in his parents' house, in a small rural town somewhere in Texas. He got done with high school a few months back, and is struggling to find a job, so his parents offered to let him stay with them until he had a steady income. So far, the only jobs that allowed him to make money was helping out at the local church, like cleaning after a sermon, and babysitting. When he made it down the stairs, he went straight to the kitchen, where he saw a note on top of a bag of cookies.

"We'll be a bit late, so we left some leftovers from last night's dinner in the fridge. P.S.: We made you your favorite cookies! Don't eat all of them at once."

"Love, Mom and Dad"

Y/N snorted at the note, knowing exactly why they thought he would eat all the cookies. Every time his dad made them, they were gone in less than a minute. He couldn't help it, they were that good. He placed the note down and grabbed the bag. It was a transparent plastic bag that held a generous portion of cookies.

He took one and ate it almost instantly. He was tempted to take another, but remembered the massive stomachache he had last time he ate the whole bag in one sitting, so he refrained. He went over to the fridge and grabbed a carton of milk, pouring himself a glass. He took one last cookie and went to the living room to entertain himself with some TV.

Somewhere in Hell

Imp: "Hurry, Mox. We can't be late for work!"

Inside an apartment building stood two small female imps. The first imp was at the door, calling out to the second imp, who was tying her bow-tie while leaving the bedroom. These two are Moxxie and Millie, roommates, girlfriends, and hopefully more in the future.
