Invisible String

Kiana and Ryland stood behind the camera filming interviews for the women's basketball team. They had finished with Nika and Lou an hour ago and now Paige and Azzi were wrapping up.

"How long have you guys known each other?" Azzi read the question off of the questionnaire card

Paige smiled before answering "We've known each other since high school. But my mom sent me a picture the other day and you can see Azzi and Kiana off to the side." she laughed

Aziz's eyes widened "Wait really?"

"Yeah, you guys were off to the side and I was smiling in your direction. I'll send it to you after this" Paige responded making Azzi laugh

"Okay next question, if you weren't playing basketball what sport would you be playing?"

"Maybe volleyball. My sister and I use to play when we were younger and it was fun" Azzi shrugged before turning towards Paige

"Football. Put me in coach, I would take everyones ankles" she laughed

"Okay and that's all the questions we have here today" Azzi started

"Make sure to follow the UCONN women's basketball teams socials to stay updated." Paige finished

"GO HUSKIES!" They both shouted

"And...That's a wrap. Good job guys" Kiana smiled

"Wait were you serious about the picture your mom sent you? Cause if so, I have to see it." Ryland questioned the blonde girl

"Yeah" she started. Paige took her phone out and showed them the picture

The four girls smiled at the photo, three of them looking at mini versions of themselves.

"Wait a minute you said you were smiling at Kiana and I. Your literally on smiling in Kiana direction" Azzi called the girl out

Paige looked down at the picture before sticking her tongue out at her best friend.

"Wait that's kind of cute." Ryland teased making Paige and Kiana blush

"Invisible string theory" Azzi coughed making everyone smile

"Wait you guys are like that one Beabadoobee song I think it's called glue or something"

"Omg I love that song it's so cute." The young Fudd sister said. Paige wrapped her arms around Kiana waist and laid her head on her shoulder.

"I'm starving do you guys wanna go to Chick-fil-a?"

AN- Sorry for the short chapter. Don't come at me y'all, I low-key forgot that this book even existed. But I'll be posting more. I don't really know where I wanna go with this story so if you have any ideas let me know :))
