Chapter 40: Sucks to be you, park

Start from the beginning

"I just want Taehyung," He responded straightforwardly with a casual shrug.

"You are such a fake, Jungkook. I hope he realizes it." Jimin uttered, pure disgust vanquishing his tone and his facial segments.

"I know I am fake, babe. But at least I am not faking anything with him." Jungkook yet again used that infant tone along with fake empathy monopolizing his voice with a hint of sass.

Jimin shook his head, a preposterous look was concealing his pretty face before he scoots up from his chair and walks away.

Jungkook let out an annoyed sigh, shaking his head, he finished the remaining pastry and macchiato before standing up, strolling his eyes around the place as he roam around the hotel restaurant, shoving both of his hands inside his slack pockets.

He saw a group of people laughing and chatting with each other. There was an elderly woman in her late 30s, the same woman he saw back in the swimming pool area gabbing with Taehyung. But this time there is a man in his late 40s also present with her.

Jungkook also can't shrug off the fact that the man kinda resembles Taehyung.

The blonde shrugged, realizing there was nothing to do here, he decided to look for Taehyung again so that he can bug him. But the moment he turned around, he accidentally bumped into someone. "You can't see or wha—" Jungkook was about to throw a huge tantrum at the person but stopped when he realized who it was.

"Holy Jesus, what are you doing here?!" Jungkook asked in a surprised tone, peering up at the taller male with a bewildered look. Well, of course, it would be a shocker for anyone to see their therapists in a place they never expect him to be.

Jungkook glanced behind his therapist when he realized there was someone else too and saw Taehyung? What's he doing with his therapists?

"Hi, to you too, Mr. Jeon." Seokjin greeted but in an additionally sarcastic way since the other didn't greet him.

"Wait, you both know each other?" Taehyung asked, stepping out from behind the broad-shoulder man and standing between the two.

"Of course, we know each other. He's my client after all." Seokjin answered while he smiles down at Jungkook who was too in a state of shock to coherent a word.

"Oh— hold up! Jungkook is your client?!" Taehyung snarled while pointing his index finger at the shorter male among the three, earning a nod from Seokjin. "That's why I wonder how you know so much about my life even though you barely visit me." He uttered in realization, watching the older one let out a soft chuckle.

"Wait, but, what is the fucking relationship between you two?!" The blonde inquired, glancing back and forth from Taehyung to Seokjin.

"He's my Hyung. My older brother."

"He's my little brother."

Both said at the same time while pointing at each other but what's funnier is how Jungkook's eyes enlarged double their size with his mouth being hung open.

Silence breaks down over the three males as Jungkook stands there literally having an existential crisis while Seokjin was just innocently smiling down at the two males and Taehyung was connecting the dots of the bomb that just dropped.

A chuckle, a dry chuckle from the youngest one among the three males slice through the deafening silence. "So you are telling me, Taehyung is your brother?" the blonde asked, pointing at Taehyung.

"Yes," Seokjin responded quickly.

"Blood-related?"

"Absolutely."
