Murasaki took a deep breath and mustered up the courage to face the classroom once again. As she stepped inside, the lingering tension was palpable, with whispers and curious glances directed her way. Ignoring the scrutiny, she made her way towards Bakugou's desk, determination etched on her face.

"Bakugou, I... I wanted to apologize for what happened earlier," Murasaki began, her voice laced with sincerity. "I didn't mean to escalate things like that. It was a poor way to handle the situation, and I'm truly sorry."

Bakugou looked up from his desk, his expression guarded. He crossed his arms, a flicker of annoyance passing through his eyes. "Save your breath," he retorted coldly. "I don't need your half-hearted apologies."

Murasaki's shoulders slumped, feeling the weight of her actions. The sting of rejection and the realization of her mistake hit her hard. She clenched her fists, frustration welling up within her as the bell rang, signalling the start of the P.E. class. Reluctantly, she took her seat.

Ashido approached Murasaki, her voice brimming with excitement. "Wow, that was impressive! I've never seen that pomeranian shut up like that!"

"Pomeranian? You mean Bakugou?" Murasaki asked.

"Of course! Who else barks like that?" Ashido replied with a laugh.

Murasaki chuckled, finding the nickname rather fitting for him.

"Let's head to the locker room and change," Ashido suggested, and Murasaki nodded, deciding to join her. Just as they began walking, Bakugou called out to her.

"Hey, witch! If you put that tape crap on me again, I'll kill you!"

"I am not a witch!"

"Whatever, that's your name from now on!" Murasaki retorted, choosing not to engage further and conserving her energy for the day ahead.

Ashido and Murasaki walked side by side, heading towards the girls' locker room. The bustling sounds of students filled the air as they made their way through the hallways.

Being the cheerful and outgoing person she was, the bubblegum-coloured girl couldn't help but strike up a conversation with the new girl.

"So, Murasaki, how did you manage to get admitted in the middle of the first year? It's not something you hear every day!"

The purple-haired girl shifted uncomfortably, feeling the weight of the question. She wasn't eager to share the truth, but she also didn't want to be dishonest with her new classmates. "Well, um... it's a bit complicated. Let's just say some circumstances led to me joining U.A. But I'm glad to be here now!"

Ashido could sense Murasaki's hesitation, but she decided not to press the issue further. She understood that some things were personal and best left unasked. Instead, she changed the topic to lighten the mood. "No worries! We're all here to support each other, so if you ever need anything, just let us know, okay? We're like one big family!"
