When we got off the train we watched the transfers jump into the hole that goes to our headquarters. They were all so nervous. Finally a girl, an Abnegation girl at that, stepped up and jumped. After she did, the rest of the transfers jumped. Then came the Dauntless born initiates. We jumped in with ease, knowing that there was a net at the bottom.
I was the last person to jump. Four and the transfers had already left when I was at the bottom. The Dauntless born went with Lauren. We talked about what we were going to do during training and how some people were going to get cut at the end.
When we were done talking we went to dinner. Yes, tonight we have dauntless cake. A lot of heaven rolled into one little capsule of tantalizing flavor. I saw Four and waved. He waved back. I've had a little crush on him since he came here. Back then though, he was so secluded. He's much more fun now.
Max came out and have a speech. Then he excused us to go to sleep. I fell asleep instantly. I will get up early tomorrow, I thought. Tomorrow's training.
