I follow him into the kitchen "do you want something to drink" he asks my "yes please" I replied.

" I hope you don't think I'm gonna sleep with you or something" I say to him with a serious face.

"Oh no, I would never think that of somebody that I had only took it on one date" he confesses with a genuine tone.

"Good" I say with a slight smile.

"So who are those kids in the picture on the wall" I asked him what they confused look. "You didn't mention during dinner"

" oh those are my kids" he confesses with a nervous expression.

" why didn't you mention them to me during dinner? I would assume that there a big part in your life". I say to him with the confused face.

" I was afraid that it would turn you off I also wanted you to know more about my personality." he confesses to me.

" oh well, how old are they?" I ask.

"Well Antonio is 26, Mateo is 23, and Alex is 19" he tells me with a small smile on his face as he talks about his sons.

" well are you still married to their mother?" I ask him. " oh God" he says to me with the relieved face.

" well why that face what happened?" I instantly regretted saying that to him.

" never mind don't answer that" I tell him quickly after the first statement.

" oh it's OK I know you didn't mean any harm. It was just a toxic relationship to say the least." he says with a joking tone.

" oh well do you have a good relationship with your kids?" I asked him.

" I have a grateful relationship with my kids they're the most important people in my life" he says with the look of love in his eyes for his kids.

" well that's good" I tell him.

" wait how old are you? I forgot to ask at dinner." I asked him with a questioning tone.

" umm I'm 48 how old are you?" he asked me with a nervous tone.

" I'm 28" I'm telling him with the nervous tone.  I hope he doesn't stop talking to me because of our age gap because I really enjoyed our.

" Well do you mind us being 20 years apart?" he asked me nervously.

" I feel like we're both old enough to make our own decisions on who we want to have relationships with" he tells me.

" I agree" I tell him with a smile on my face.

" so how long are you planning to stay in Italy?" he asked me with a questioning tone.

"Umm how ever long I want I guess I don't really have a set time to leave" I tell him.

" I was thinking of maybe opening a business here" I tell him with a small smile.

"Oh that's good hopefully you do." he says with excitement tone in his voice.
