"So, why are you looking for me, hmm?" Marahan akong kumapit sa balikat niya dahil bahagyang naging mabato ang daan. I felt Irvin's body stiffed, but he returned to his calm self afterwards.

"I'm just curious. It's already past 6 o'clock when I called. You're always with your friends, and you're not with them awhile ago."

"Don't you think that maybe I'm already home?"

"Na, you're always outside." I couldn't help but to chuckle after that. Gusto ko pa sana siyang sagutin pero, pinigilan ko na lang ang sarili ko. Baka magtulakan lang kaming dalawa sa motor.

We're almost near the house but, I felt a droplet of water on my skin. Napatingala na lang ako dahil sa akalang umuulan. And, I'm not wrong.

Seconds passed until massive raindrops enveloped us. Napayakap na lang ako sa bewang ni Irvin dahil sa takot na baka mahulog ako. The pressure made by the rain was quite hard, and travelling might caused an accident.

"Let's just stay at my house. The rain's too hard on us."

Irvin parked his motorcycle in front of our house. Mabilis akong tumakbo papunta sa silong dahil siguradong mababasa lang ako lalo kapag hinintay siya. After parking, he ran towards my side, and together we entered the house.

"Kuya?" I called as we entered. Kuya Leon welcomed us with two dry towels. Irvin was quite hesitant at first but, he accepted it.

"Magpalit na muna kayong dalawa. Maghahain lang ako ng hapunan nating tatlo." Kuya Leon walked towards the kitchen but, he suddenly stopped and turned around. "Ikaw naman boy, dito ka na matulog. Hindi kita papayagang umuwi sa ganyang kalakas na ulan."

I looked at Irvin who was now trying to process everything. Hindi ko tuloy mapigilan ang natawa dahil sa hitsura niya. He looked like he was inside a whole new place.

"I guess you're staying here tonight," I said before plastering a big smile on my lips.

"Wait, is it okay for you if I stay here?"

I let out a small smile after hearing Vin's question. Hindi kasi siya hinayaan ni Kuya Leon na umalis pa dahil sobrang lakas ng ulan. Maybe he thought that I'm against that idea. Hindi lang niya alam na ganoon din ang gagawin ko kung sakali man na hindi 'yon sabihin ni Kuya.

"Of course it's okay for me," I said before drying my things. "You should take a shower too. I do have some spare wardrobe inside." Irvin was hesitant at first but, I jokingly pushed him towards the bathroom. Natatawa na lang rin siyang nagpa-ubaya sa akin. Mas mabuti na 'yon. Ayaw ko naman na pareho pa kaming magkasakit.

I dried my hair using the towel Kuya Leon gave me awhile ago. While she was busy talking with Irvin awhile ago, I took a quick bath. Hinayaan ko na lang silang mag-usap. Kuya Leon do have his own ways to know his visitors. Sigurado naman ako na wala siyang sasabihin hindi maganda kay Irvin.

Irvin went inside the bathroom while I go get some clothes for him. Hindi na rin ako nag-aksaya pa ng oras at naglakad na papunta sa kwarto. While walking towards my room, I couldn't help but to overthink about what possibly would happen between the two of us tonight. Sa ilang araw naming magkasama, may ilang mga bagay pa rin akong hindi alam tungkol sa kanya. Baka may mga bagay akong masabi mamaya na hindi maganda sa pandinig niya.

I immediately picked some of my big shirts for him. Compared to my body proportions, Irvin's quite buff. Baka maging suman siya kapag sobrang liit ng ibinigay ko sa kanya. Mabuti na lang rin at may underwear ako na hindi pa naisusuot dahil sobrang laki ng garter. Maybe this one would fit him.

Akmang lalabas na sana ako ng kwarto nang mapansin ko ang mga gamit ko na nakakalat pa sa loob. Some of my paper works were still hanging on my table, making it look like a big mess. Kapansin-pansin rin ang mga lapis ko na parang sumabog sa lalagyan. Napangiwi na lang ako dahil sobrang kalat pala talaga sa loob. I guess I need some quick room makeover for tonight. Nakakahiya naman kung puro kalat ang aabutan niya sa loob ng kwarto.

Maybe trying to hide some mess made quite a difference inside my room. I pushed a cabinet to the farthest corner to have a big space. My room's covered with lots of paperwork, and I need some space for Irvin later. Nakakahiya naman kung sa sala ko siya patutulugin.

"Khay, kakain na!"

My thoughts were interrupted after hearing Kuya's voice. Mabilis akong tumakbo pababa ng hagdan bitbit ang mga damit para kay Irvin. Maybe that guy already finished his bath.

"Irvin?" I called after knocking twice. Aalis na sana ako dahil akala ko ay hindi pa siya tapos pero, wala pang ilang segundo ay bumukas agad ang pinto ng banyo.

My cheeks turned red after realizing what was now in front of me. Irvin opened the bathroom door, revealing his bare chest. His muscular body was now waving at my sight. It looks like it was sculpted perfectly because every muscle was right in place.

I immediately looked up after realizing that he was only wearing a bathroom towel to cover his lower body. If it wasn't for that towel, maybe I'm already dead.
