Chapter 3: Guess who's back

Third person perspective

Sidney and Roman were currently waiting on set due to the police surrounding the place. Sidney was catching up with Dewey, while Roman was sitting next to Jennifer telling her how fucked he is due to his movie being shut down.

Then walks in Kincaid and the other detective, who approach Roman and started questioning him

Kincaid: Mr.Bridger, you didn't tell use you spoke with Sarah Darling before she was murder.

Roman looked at them confused on why they were questioning him about Sarah's death

Roman: spoke with her..uh when?

Kincaid: guard said she was here for a meeting....with you

Roman: meeting? what meeting? I don't-

Wallace: we talked with her roommate also, she said you called Sarah, told her to come down to the studio, roommate said she answer the phone and said it was you

Roman: wait a minute I-I never called her, I never told her to go anywhere

Kincaid: roommate says she knows your voice Mr.Bridger

Roman: she wasn't speaking with me, god I-I did not call Sarah Darling

Kincaid: Sarah Darling said you did

Roman: look I was with Sidney the entire time, Sid back me up

Sidney looks at Roman knowing that he couldn't have possibly killed Sarah since he was with her in his office, but there was also that brief moment where he stepped out which he could have called Sarah and killed her before coming back,

But Sidney decided to ignore that what if scenario and told Kincaid the truth

Sidney: yeah I was with him in his office talking, before we were interrupted by some staff member to inform us about the murder

Roman: see I told you guys, I had nothing to do with the murder of Sarah Darling

Wallace: look we just need you to come down to the station with us.

Roman sighs in frustration and gets up from his seat

Wallace: See this is the scene where you come with us

But before Roman could leave he turned back and looked at the trio and said

Roman:  Sidney, Dewey, Jennifer, I didn't call her

Before being dragged out of the studio

Sidney POV

Sidney sitting there in her thoughts thinking if Roman can possibly be the Killer but her thoughts where cut off by Dewey

Dewey: hey Sid, are you alright?

Sidney: yeah I'm fine...i was just thinking about what Kincaid said about Roman being the...you know the killer

Dewey: maybe he did do it, who knows, I personally don't know the guy, but quick question though why were you in Roman's office?

Sidney was contemplating on telling Dewey that Roman is her brother but on the other hand Sidney trusts Dewey since he's been there for her from the beginning

Sidney: he's....my brother

Dewey was in disbelief including Jennifer who was just stunned after what she just heard 

Later that day

Roman pov

I just got out of the station after being questioned about Sarah's murder, once I stepped out i see a familiar face standing in front of her car

It was Sidney Prescott

Roman: Sid?

Sidney: I thought you might..needed a ride home

Roman: uh...yeah, thanks

I got into Sid's car and we drove off. The ride there was mostly quiet, until she spoke up

Sidney: So..I was thinking you might want to go out and eat, since you know..it's been a long day and all

Roman: uh sure, I know a nice restaurant not to far from here

At the restaurant

Sidney and I just ordered are food and we're now talk about what we've been up to the last couple of years.

Soon after are food came and we continue to talk about stuff we like and surprisingly we have a lot in common considering how we barely know each other, but to be honest I'm not complaining and I'm happy to have a nice dinner with my sister.

Later that night

Sidney was back home after having dinner with Roman and having a good brother and sister bond moment

She was currently at her home office working until her landline rang, she picked up the phone and started talking to person on the other side

Sidney: California women crisis counseling, my name is Laura how can I help you?

???: oh are you sure you're name is Laura?

Sidney's eye widened and sees that her landline was not under office but under home

Sidney: who is this?

???: Hello Sidney...did you miss me?

Sidney: what do you want

???: oh I just wanted to catch up on things,
It's been far to long since are last talk

Sidney: oh yeah, so what do you want to talk about huh? you want to talk about how you're killing innocent people

???: oh spare me the lecture Sidney, you done very well with all this blood shed

Sidney: why don't you come after me huh, you have the balls for that

???: oh poor Sidney, you still think this is all about you huh, you still think your the star of things

Sidney: what do you want from me

Ghostface: don't you think it's strange how all these murders are happening as soon as you meet, what's his name again?, Roman, your brother, it's a bit convenient don't you think?

Sidney: you leave him out of this

???: oh no Sidney, I have plans for you, I'm gonna slit your eyelids in half so you don't blink when I stab you in the face, you'll die when I want you to Sidney, not a moment before, until then....your going to suffer.

The call end with Sidney in shock, thinking how she can possibly put Roman in danger due to them being related and all but there is also a part of her that thinks that Roman can still possibly be the killer.

She shakes that thought out of her head and decides to got to bed and tomorrow she'll head down to the station to talk to the detective and Dewey about what just happened.

With that Sidney heads off to bed knowing she and her brother are in for a ruin awakening.
