"But it only counts for when I duel them right? Well except for when I start to duel in the other dimension or when shay and yuto arrive right."

Kisara: The duel energy will be lose because when you get stronger it will act like a shield to protect you from the real life damage.

"But if I lose to a  stronger enemy the energy that I gain will be lost  from the duels. But depending on how strong the opponents is that how much energy I will get to protect me from the real life damage and able to send them back."
