No one's pov:

Akutagawa was sent to the headquarters of the port mafia to heal  as dazai ordered

Somewhere else with our famous girl boss which you probably know yosano akiko

Yosano was tired every single day the boss of the port mafia or mori-sensei as she called him was sending to her people on the verge of death to heal, she was tired of their screams, tears, their looks, them begging her to let them rest in peace, but she can't do that it was hopless after all, she can't object to the orders of the boss, praying every day for a better life, she was known as the angel of death she hated that name since it was given to her from a special person to her heart even if he died after that incident she still keeped the butterfly pin he gave her, it was the only thing that remained from him, well she knows that she can't have a wish like that come true since she committed many sins and crimes

????? : yosano-san this is urgent we have a patient who needs surgery

Yosano: yes this way

During the surgery she was wondering why a kid like him have that many bruises, injuries , deep cuts and many more, she felt sorry for him

After the surgery ended:

Yosano-san: may I ask who is this person?

????? : yes his name ryuunosuke akutagawa

Yosano: ryuunosuke akutagawa?,what's his position?

???? : well he works under dazai-san
