lotus sat at her vanity straightening her hair, the copper colored dye was still vibrant she loved it.

the length of her hair touched her thighs now it was getting extremely long but she will never cut it short since she loved her long hair.

lotus already did her morning routine she slipped on her oversized shirt & knee high socks from last night until her and cam were about to leave the house.

cameron already his morning routine as well.

" your ass about to take forever... " cameron said as he twisted a random loc around his finger.

he didn't have a shirt on just some pajama pants hanging slightly from his waistline and socks of course.

" no, i'm not i'm literally halfway through i'm almost done. " lotus responded as she took a random piece with a comb followed by the straightener.

" aight.. " cameron said as he scrolled on his phone as he sat against the headboard.

he posted a clear video of lotus on his snap & insta the video depicted him kissing her neck, cheek and forehead as his hand was wrapped around her throat.

her face was visible enough for people to know who she was although the lighting was dark.

her freckles in between her eyes, on her nose, under her eyes as her black glasses with gold accents rested up straight to reveal her long natural lashes.

he chose the song aquafina by ken carson to play over the post.

he looked over at lotus, she was finally on her last piece.

her hair was really thick so it made sense that it took a long time to him.

lotus turned off the straightener and sat at her vanity on her phone for a bit.

" fuck is you doing? come here.. " cameron said in a calm manner.

lotus rolled her eyes as she got up and walked over to him she knew he was just aggravated by the fact that he wasn't holding her.

cameron pulled her onto his lap " we should get dressed, i want to get some vietnamese food. " lotus said as she rubbed her hand up his arm.

he just nodded in agreement as he placed his chin on her shoulder.

45 minutes later, cameron already gotten her plan b. they gotten boba afterwards he never tried it before but he liked it.

they were on their way to a vietnamese spot as the album gumbo by young nudy blasted through the speakers.

they both enjoyed the silence of the car ride and enjoyed being within each others presence.

lotus just enjoyed the scenery, cameron drove fast but not reckless.

12 minutes later, they arrived at the vietnamese restaurant they ordered takeout so they could have a conversation in the car at a nearby park.

cameron went into the restaurant and waited for the food as lotus waited for him in the car.

this gave lotus time to sketch in her sketchbook.

cameron walked towards the car with the food in one hand & and his phone to his ear with the other hand ending the call before he got into the car, it was just mahale.

he texted the gc last night but he didn't tell them what they did.

because he felt as if that were none of their business and he preferred to keep their intimacy private.

he didn't have a friend group of " yes men " they all kept each other on the right track.

" here... " cameron said as he placed the food onto lotus's lap as he gotten into the car catching her off guard.

" thanks baby.. " lotus said as she placed a kiss on his cheek.

cameron turned the radio down a bit so it played lowly in the background so they could talk on the way to the park about whatever comes to mind.

17 minutes later, " i did the shadow work two weeks ago, the ego death caught me off guard because of how weird it felt. came when I least expected, it felt like adrenaline but still if that makes sense. "

cameron said as he had the driver seat leaned back so he could get comfortable.

" you actually took my advice that's nice. it'll be worth it in the end i promise. the executive abilities you gain will take you far in life. " lotus said as she looked over at him.

" I'm excited to see my growth I've already grown over the years but this will help me achieve that advancement I've been wanting. " cameron said genuinely.

" same, you're a great person already. i liked you as a person outside of romantic interest so I knew things would've worked out well.

if I didn't like you as a person I wouldn't have let it get this far. " lotus said honestly.

she took her feelings very seriously and didn't like people who disrespected them or felt as if she was hard to understand she never asked for much.

" thank you baby, so are you when we met outside of school it was like your presence added more peace to my life I just felt safe around you.

I didn't get those anxious butterflies that were a warning sign. "  cameron responded back with.

" that's a pretty compliment... " lotus said with a smile as she looked over at him.

" you're my blessing for real.. " cameron said pulling her into a hug.
