There was a second, a mind-shattering second, that changed my life and my perspective.
I had always harbored an unwavering fascination for the human mind: How far would someone go to achieve their desired outcome or goals? How powerful were the feelings of rage and pure, overpowering jealousy?
It became apparent that these emotions and thoughts could be very dangerous. People could find themselves victims of their own brains.
However, I soon realized that they could also become victims of an external force. The human mind was susceptible to manipulation and coercion from the outside world.
That is where my game began.
