~yakko's pov~

Max and some of his friends along with dot and wakko were all on a vacation with me. We were going to new york city and we decided that since we all couldn't fit in a room since the hotel we were staying at only had two beds at max amount. Our hotel arrangement was something like this: roxanne and dot share a room, max and I share a room, and wakko and p.j were sharing a room. "okay it's decided we'll go on this trip on Tuesday next week so arrive at the airport around 5:30 okay everyone?" roxanne asks everyone nods or says yes.

~time skip~

I get out of bed and wake dot and wakko up at 5:00 so the two could get ready while I go grab our bags leave them near the front door to our water tower and go get ready quickly. We meet up at the door and exit calling over a taxi which drove us to the airport where we found roxanne, p.j, and max just arriving as well.

~small time skip~

After getting through security and waiting we started boarding the plan. I sat at the window seat next max not paying much attention while staring out the window happily. As the plane lifted off the ground and grew faster each second I noticed max was feeling uneasy. I grabbed his hand to try and calm him down as I took out a travel pan-flit from the front seat pocket. What I did seemed to calm him down since he fell asleep on my shoulder but I didn't really mind since it was a 5 hour flight. nearing the end of the fight I wake up max and everyone starts to exit the plane once we land. I held max's hand as we got out of the plane max slightly blushing. We ended up walking to our hotel since it wasn't to far away from the airport. as we arrive and check into the hotel I noticed how fancy it looked but then again it's new york city where it's quite expensive looking. I was spaced out so I didn't noticed max dragging me by the hand to our room. once we arrived I snapped out of my trance the walls had a cream color to them and the room was decorated with all sorts of things the main color scheme being cream, black, and some cashmere popped up here and there. The only flaw was there was only one bed since they ran out of rooms with two beds in them which I found kinda annoying. I noticed it was getting kinda late so I said I was gonna try and get some sleep. I laid in the bed it was very comfortable and warm so I fell asleep almost instantly especially since I didn't sleep on the plane.

~max's pov~

I noticed it was getting late as well so once yakko fell asleep I laid down next to him and tried to sleep but couldn't. After a minute or so I fell asleep yakko pulling me into a hug while asleep and me allowing him to. In the morning we went to the beach though I kept blushing whenever saw yakko. Roxanne seemed to suspect something was going on since she asked me if I was okay when messing around in the water with wakko, yakko, and p.j. After a while of messing around in the water yakko and I go get ice cream for everyone.

~time skip~

today we were going to see the statue of liberty since it was our last day at new york city it was a pretty fun day overall. Though the flight back could have been better.

A/N: hey sorry I kinda rushed nearing the end because I started getting a headache [i am currently sick while writing todays story] but I hope you enjoyed it.
