I shared a look with Ava who was walking right on our heels.
"Damn Robin."

"Hey, there they are." She pointed the two teenagers sitting in a patio in the huge backyard of the house. "Hey you guys!"

Mathias and Charlotte turned their gazes towards us.

They were sitting on this black outdoor couch set, Mathias' arm around Charlotte. The thing was that they weren't the only ones there. I also found the people I had earlier lost, the gazes of Hazel, Harper, Connor, Veronica, Elizabeth, Finn and Kevin staring me with confuse written around their faces. Then there were two other girls, the other one I assumed to be Liv, the person whose party it was. Then the last teenager, squeezed against the smallest couch's armrest, was someone who I did not think would be there.

"Aaron?" Robin questioned with a confused voice as she let go of my shoulder. "Are you here too, whaaaat?"

"He's with me." The girl next to him spoke before she turned her gaze to me. "Hello, we haven't met before, have we?"

"I don't think so." I murmured, staring the locked hands between her and Aaron. "I'm Delilah."

Robin patted my shoulder.
"She's the Miller, the best of them all."

"I'm Courtney." She spoke with a shrill voice. "But please call me Court."

"Nice to meet you..." I gave her a sweet smile. "... Courtney."

Courtney had dark hair, and it was on a tight ponytail. The amount of make-up on her face was very high, and her lashes were faker than monopoly money. She had long nails, and I felt bad for Aaron because she was holding his hand with those. Her outfit was very nonexistent, she was only wearing a miniskirt and barely her chest covering top.

"So, you and her, huh?" I questioned, moving my eyes to Aaron.

He didn't even look at me, just kept staring the phone on his hand without any interest in his eyes.

Ignoring as its finest.

I guess that he really meant what he said, I was dead to him. In his eyes I was not even there; my words were just a sound of a mosquito, my breathing was just a hum of the trees and my figure was just a dark shadow. The guy didn't see me. The guy who had kissed me, held my hand, made me smile many times, given me so many butterflies in my stomach; he didn't see me now.

I couldn't say that I didn't feel even a little betrayed about the locked hands between that Victoria secret model and him.

The girl could've been me.

"Fun fact, Courtney has a boyfriend." Finn spoke before neither of the two teenagers were able to answer. "What are you doing here, Lilah?"

"She is here because she realized that parties are a nice way of living a good life." Robin answered for me.

She sat down on Charlotte's lap, but Charlotte pushed her away to the free space on the couch and gave her a look, making her to give Charlotte a 'what' look, making Charlotte to give her a 'what are you doing' look, making her to grab the vodka bottle from Charlotte's hand and take a gulp.

"Didn't you say that you won't come here?" Mathias muttered. "You changed your mind or what?"

"I did."

"You are being friends with these guys now?" Hazel questioned as I sat down next to Robin.

I gave her a look.
"Yes, does it disturb you?"

"Yeah, does it disturb you Hazelnut?" Robin gave Hazel a look too. "You tell her, Dee Dee."

"Robin, funny thing..." Charlotte patted her leg. "I left my phone inside, so, would you like to go get it for me?"
