HE NEXT DAY
It's now the next day. Today is the day for the Grimoire Ceremony. The Grimoire Ceremony is a Ceremony when a 15-year-old gets their grimoire.
Right now Y/N and Matthew are walking to the Grimoire Tower.
"Man, I'm so excited to get my grimoire!" Said Y/N said
"Yeah me too. I wonder what I'll get." Said Matthew
As they continue their conversation, they walked inside the tower and wait for further instructions.
Later an old man with a cane and a hat walks up to a podium.
"Welcome Ladies and Gents. Today is the day that you will be getting your grimoires! I hope you all use your magic for good. I MEAN IT!" Shouted man
Y/N and Matthew take a few blinks and look at each other.
"What's his problem?" Asked Matthew
"I'm trying to figure out the same thing." Y/N said
Later grimoires start to come off the shelf and go towards their owners.
"WHAT?! HOW DID THAT PEASANT GET THE FOUR-LEAF?!" Shouted a noble
Y/N and Matthew look to see a boy with black hair grabbing his grimoire in the air.
"I will be the wizard king." Proclaimed the boy as everyone started to cheer.
"Wait? Another one?" asked a person
There was a purple aura grimoire floating towards Matthew.
"So, this is my grimoire huh? It's a four-leaf! So cool!" Matthew shouted
"HEY! WHERE"S MY GRIMOIRE?!" Asked a gray-haired boy.
"Yeah! Wheres is mine?" asked Y/N
"Try again next year?" Asked the man
The grey-haired boy started to shout as Y/N began to think hard.
"This isn't over Yuno! I'm right behind you! I will become the wizard king!" Shouted the grey-haired kid.
Later everyone besides Y/N and Matthew started to laugh.
"WIZARD KING?! YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A GRIMOIRE!!! NOT TO MENTION YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY MANA!!" Shouted a noble
"Me too. Grimoire or no Grimoire, I'll still become the Wizard king." Said Y/N
LATER
We now see Y/N and Matthew walking out of the tower. Y/N had his head down right now.
"Hey cheer up Y/N. I bet it was a mistake." Matthew said
"Sure I guess..." Said Y/N
"Besides, you're strong as hell without on. Look at the stuff you were able to do without a grimoire." Said
Later they heard someone shout.
Y/N and Matthew quickly ran to where the shout was from. Once they get there they see familiar people.
"Wait. Isn't that the boy with the four-leaf grimoire? What happened?" Asked Matthew.
"And that's the guy without a grimoire. How did you get here?" Asked Y/N
"I ran here! Now move out the way, I'm about to save Yuno!" Shouted Asta.
Later a man there saw Matthew's grimoire.
"Oh...you have the Four-Leaf Grimoire too? THE MORE THE MERRY!" Shouted the man as chains goes towards Matthew.
But later roman numbers started to surround the chains.
"What the hell?" Asked the man.
He then looks towards Y/N and noticed that it was his magic.
"Sorry. But I won't let that happen." said Y/N
"GO AND DIE!" Shouted the man as he sends another attack toward Y/N
Y/N snaps his fingers as the man began to slow down.
"Whoa! Is that Time Magic?" Asta asked slowly as everyone was affected by the magic spell.
Later Y/N goes towards the man and punches him towards the wall. Time goes back to normal as the man was knocked out against the wall.
"Woah. That was cool so cool!" Shouted Asta
"Thanks."
Later a black and red aura comes out of nowhere. In that aura, it had a grimoire.
"A grimoire? Who is it for?" Asked Y/N
The grimoire was slowly going towards Asta.
"Is this... mine?" Asked Asta
Asta grabs the grimoire and started to tear up.
"YES! I GOT A GRIMOIRE!!" Shouted Asta
"Yeah. But it's dirty." Said Yuno
"So?! I'll still take care of it. I'll give it much care!" Said Asta
"Congrats.......
"Oh...I'm Asta and that's Yuno."
"Congrats Asta." Said Y/N
"Anyways, What's you guy's name?" Asked Asta
"I'm Y/N and that's Matthew." Said Y/N
"Aren't you upset that you didn't get a grimoire?" Ask Yuno
"Nope. Besides, I personally feel like I don't need one. I'm able to cast spells without." Said Y/N
"Fait point." Said Yuno with a smile.
After the grimoire ceremony and meeting new friends, Y/N and Matthew began to train together to get stronger for the Magic Knight Exam.
During their training, they learned a lot of things and gained more experience with their magic.
Matthew was slowly beginning how to use Gravity Magic better. As for Y/N, he became stronger with his time magic and his dragon slayer magic.
Matthew and Y/N also learned long-range attacks for their magic power.
A few months pass and it's time for Y/N and Matthew to travel to the Capital.
Right now Y/N and Matthew we're in front of their village. Everyone including their family was there to wish them luck.
"Good Luck Y/N" Said Y/N's mom.
"Thanks, Mom." Said Y/N
"Don't go anything stupid now. Also, stay safe." Said Y/N's mom
"Yes, mom...."
"Do you have your first aid kit Matthew?!" Asked Matthew's mom.
"Yes, mom! I'll be fine! You don't have to worry about it." Matthew said.
"I'm sorry Matthew. It's just that I'm going to lose you as well." Said Matthew's mom
"Don't worry mom. I'll find my brother. I bet he's doing fine." Said Matthew.
"Hey, Matthew! Let's get going!" Said Y/N
Matthew then nods his head as he runs towards Y/N
"Hey, you guys!" Shouted a random man.
The two turn back.
"Don't forget to write! And make us proud!" Shouted the man as everyone agrees.
"Don't worry! You know we will! See you guys later!" Said Y/N as they begin their journey to the Clover Kingdom
