This story begins with Goku training at Kami's look out to preparing to fight Piccolo Jr when a very curious girl comes to live at Kami's look out.
Her name is Midori-ko she is a fire dragon from a place known as Dragon Realm visiting to study all...
" You have a month remaining until The 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament Son Goku you have grown leaps and bounds since you arrived here and now you're the strongest warrior from Earth that I know, you deserve some rest before the tournament." Kami smiles "Lady Midori-ko you have been a gift for my student in all sense of the word you have my blessing." Kami adds
" Thank you Kami." Midori-ko bows
" You're making me tear up." Goku smirks clearly joking
" I want to give you these." Kami holds out his hand to them. In Kami's hand was two rings they were beautifully designed and shined in the light

" Thank you Kami." Midori-ko smiles taking the rings before turning to Goku. " Goku." Midori-ko walks up to him with the rings
"With those rings you can tell everyone that you have gods protection with you always." Kami chuckles
" Ughhh Kami isn't that abusing your power?" Goku asks putting on his ring
" Trust me once Midori-ko's world finds out that she married you and not the Dragon Prince you especially Goku are going to need it." Kami shares with them
" Oh yeah I was so happy I kinda forgot about your betrothal." Goku laughs nervously
" I will do whatever it takes to remain here with you." Midori-ko says putting on her ring "From now on I'm Son Midori-ko."

May 7th The day of the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament. A blanket of rain covered the street but still it bustled with excitement for the tournament.
" Babe do we have to walk?" Midori-ko complains her feet were barking at her, she shouldn't have worn her chuck taylors. Goku was dressed all traditionally and Midori-ko was in green tank top and blue jeans shorts.
" My apologies Midori-ko, Nimbus doesn't like flying in the rain." Goku says
" You must be nervous, you're being all polite." Midori-ko smiles holding Goku's hand. Goku smiles back making sure the umbrella was covering them both.
"Am I that obvious?" Goku chuckles
